He ask me what type of filter pump I had and he picked up the basket I needed and he gave a brief explanation of its operation. I ask what the cost was and he picked up a tag for $39.99. Bill could sense I wasn't going to spend that much. He lectured me on how he had $100 dollars of employees and how I was an online shopper. He then turned and walked away continuing to verbalize his displeasure with my not purchasing a filter basket at that high of a price. Two of his employee's witnessed this interaction with a customer. I will never shop at this pool store again. I will contact Pinch A Penny franchise compliance and file a complaint with them.
