He said he was just finishing a job and had me text him my details. He followed by saying he was about 15-20 minutes away and would head right over when done. Sure enough, he showed up promptly and looked at my calamity. It seemed I had enough parts, but he brought all the know-how and strength to complete the job. It is unusual to find a plumber that is willing to work on something you've already screwed up yourself, but Anthony was kind and understanding. He fixed the leak and everything is now back to working. His rate was extremely reasonable for such quick and efficient service. I had the best experience with Anthony fixing our plumbing and I recommend their business.

In the process, he blew the fuse and spent hours troubleshooting before finally replacing it to get the AC running again. Despite the core issue being unresolved, I was charged $650 for this visit. The next day, he returned with another technician. After more time spent, neither of them could resolve the problem and ultimately told me I needed to call an AC specialist instead. In other words, they admitted they could not fix the issue after already taking my money. I reached out multiple times requesting at least a partial refund, but never received a response. Bottom line: I paid $650 for work that did not address the actual problem. The technicians left me with the same issue I started with, and the company ignored my follow-up attempts. Very unprofessional and disappointing -- I would not recommend them.

He was hired by a buyer…read moreof a home to scope the sewer and stated there were smashed ABS lines 55ft into the line and he couldn't go any further after 120ft because the lines were so bad. He stated in the same report the repair would be to rip up all of the concrete in the driveway, replace all of the ABS lines and install a salt bed to prevent root intrusion. We've had a scope completed up to 150 feet twice since then by 2 different plumbers and neither of the plumbers saw anything like that. I usually don't write reviews but I should because I myself read, hire and purchase off of reviews. I felt in this case it was extremely necessary so this doesn't happen to anyone else. In all cases, just seek another opinion. Buyer beware of this company!
