She asks for a paper receipt. I was never given one - only electronic. She still seems incredulous that I'm trying to make a return. I'm just doing what I was TOLD I COULD DO! She's treating me like I'm trying to game them out of something! Luckily I was able to find the receipt in my email and she asks me for a code that isn't there. She looks me up in the system sees the date - 10 Dec - and tells me it's over 30 days sorry can't return for store credit. I reiterated about what the other lady told me and said she did - left a note on the account. There apparently is no note. She's still treating me like I'm some kind of scammer. The kicker? The robe is a L/XL and I'm 5'1 small/med. I was in such a rush on my wedding day I didn't notice she handed me a robe that was the wrong size. I was ALSO signed up for marketing emails I never asked for. Now I'm stuck with $130 robe I can't use and these stupid marketing emails for a place I'll never ever return to. All for trying to support a local business and taking what the sales lady told me as the truth. I was lied to by Underwear's staff to make a sale to a girl who was excited on her wedding day. They don't honor their word. I'll make sure to share my experience. I hope my purchase was worth the word of mouth you're going to get from it.
