The product lines are usually sold at small boutique shops, but this location is a corporate retail branded store. The staff member who assisted my girlfriend was very thorough, and helpful, making sure any and all issues were addressed pre purchase. Nobody wants to wear uncomfortable shoes 12-18 hours a day, and I can't imagine a bra being much different. In the end, Triumph got a difficult fit perfect, time will tell how the products hold up :) The staff knew nothing of the Yelp! Check in free offer, so I've pulled a star. I usually make an appointment and come during the summer. Mary's is full of beautiful swimsuits that she adjusts to fit my body perfectly. There is a room of seamstresses in the back that takes in the straps, makes the suit shorter and even adds underwires for support. 20 minutes later, I left with three beautiful swimsuits that have been altered to fit me perfectly. I had a very uncomfortable experience here. As soon as I walked in, instead of being greeted with a…read moresimple "Welcome" or "Hi, let us know if you need anything," the first thing I was asked was, "Are you okay?" It immediately made me feel judged rather than welcomed. While I was in the fitting room, I was asked again if I was okay. I replied, "Yes, I'm just getting changed." After that, I heard someone respond, "Okay," followed by what sounded like chuckling. Whether it was directed at me or not, it made the situation feel even more uncomfortable. The whole experience left me feeling like the staff assumed I couldn't afford to shop there or that I didn't belong in the store. I can't know what they were thinking, but that's genuinely how their behavior came across to me. I left feeling embarrassed, unwelcome, and unlikely to return. I hope the staff can be more mindful of how they greet and treat customers so everyone feels respected, regardless of how they look when they walk through the door. When I did leave they were very nice. But that might only be because they saw I could actually afford something.

The sizing is laughably off -- not even close to standard -- and feels like it was guessed instead of measured. The material is cheap, thin, and poorly made, yet they price everything like it's premium streetwear. It's not. At all. To make it worse, they don't offer refunds, so once you realize how bad the quality and sizing are, you're just stuck eating the cost. Supporting local shouldn't mean getting ripped off. Overpriced, low-quality products, inaccurate sizing, and a customer-hostile return policy. I'm now out $200 with two sweaters I won't wear. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Mens selection is good also. There isn't a great selection of womens bikinis, but once again, it can be there the next day. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It's a new business so there are a few kinks, but my shopping experience was wonderful. I would highly recommend it. Prices are great. Quality of the product was also great.
