I told the associate I found it odd that the manager is telling me to write a "sob story" and she just laughed. Very very poor customer service. This store is a great addition to the newly revamped Winter Park Village shopping scene and I'm excited to come back again soon to check out more merch. Located within the Winter Park Village, attached directly to the Tommy Bahama clothing store, this restaurant can be easily spotted right in the center of the shopping plaza. There was plenty of parking in the surrounding area and valet parking was available close by. Upon entering, I was greeted immediately and brought to the patio area to meet my party. This restaurant only has indoor seating at the bar, tables are set outdoors underneath the shaded patio. This restaurant has a decent sized menu specializing in seafood! For starters, we had the Corn Dip and Steak Flatbread which were both flavorful and were a great sharing size! For my entree, I opted for the Grilled Shrimp Chopped Salad which tasted super fresh and was very filling... which totally caught me by surprise as I tend to not order salads at restaurants because I always end up hungry afterwards lol. Our server was amazing! She was very patient and super knowledgeable of the menu. Now as for the value... I will say that this spot is a tad bit more pricier...but honestly I didn't expect anything less because of the area we were in. That's all right, cheap stuff is fine as long as it's good cheap stuff and not cheap crap. This store isn't very large and it certainly isn't fancy. Although it is pretty clean, stuff can be piled together in places and it can be messy. That's all right because the departments are well organized and you can sort of find what you are looking for. The store has a wide variety of different things, clothes. shoes, and lots of kitchen and decorative thingies. We found some nice, brightly colored, glass fish at an incredible price. Of course you won't always find what you are looking for and you aren't going to always find you size but you will probably find something you want, if not necessarily need, and you'll probably find it at a good price.

The clothing and accessories are overpriced which would be fine if the overall shopping experience was nice, after all, it is Park Ave! However service is unfriendly, so I don't plan on visiting this store again - will shop on Etsy for a third of the price.
