I have had some less than pleasant experiences Soma in general, and with this particular location. This location: -Two out of the last three times I have been here, customer service has been less than great. This last time I went in, I walked in, saw 2 women standing and talking. They continued to chit chat the entire time I was there. Not once during my time there searching for bras, and trying on numerous bras, was I greeted, or offered help. I wasn't certain those two women were employees, but they confirmed they were when they rang me up. The time before that, I went in and asked for a bra fitting. The employee asked what size I was at my last fitting. Her immediate reply was "yea, you look like a x size." I asked her again if I could get a bra fitting, where she continued to say "well, if you really want me to measure you, I will". I was indeed NOT that size, as I knew I had recently lost 30 pounds and was no longer my previous size. In General: The quality and value of these bras have gone down the drain. Recently I had 2 bras completely fall apart. The first bra it was within a year. The second one was within 3 months. I went to exchange it and was told I was outside their window for exchanges or returns. read more

I love everything in this store and never walk out without spending at least $100 and just spent over $20" last weekend with a friend who did the same! Underwear , pjs and a bra!I have to say they never had such a turnover in staff as I've noticed the last few times I've been there. I hope it was just a fluke because I tell everyone about you. I was also disappointed I didn't get any coupon for an over $200 ticket I've always had a $25 off if you spend $150. But I buy for the quality. Love my embliss tank bralette and boy short no lines and the pjs are the best option of shorts or capris tanks or button up! Dresses weren't as cute as usual. read more

I have been an avid Soma shopper for over a year now. Their panties are the best I have ever tried and are the only panties I will buy. Now, I am only 20 years old and far from Soma's "target audience" which is women over 35. Recently, I went into this store to search for a new bra. I have never tried Soma bras before but was sure I could find something I liked since I love their underwear so much. I shopped around for a few minutes, disappointed that I wasn't finding anything in my bra size. After almost 5 minutes, an employee came up to me and asked me if I needed any help. Relieved, I replied, "Yes, I am looking for a new bra." She asked me what size I am and I told her 34A. She suddenly, very rudely said, "YEAH. We don't have that." I was shocked by the tone of her response and I suddenly felt very embarrassed. I knew that Soma carries 34A online so I wasn't sure if they were out or if they didn't carry the size in the store. The employee refused to elaborate or give me any extra help. She only told me that if I needed any other help to ask, and then she walked away. I wasn't sure why I felt so humiliated by this interaction, but I quickly left the store after this. What it felt like was that the employee was shaming me for my chest size, but I doubt those were her intentions. She could have also thought I looked too young and could not afford anything in the store. Maybe she didn't mean either of these things, but the point is that her stand-offish behavior and refusal to help me left me feeling very humiliated. It is common sense in retail that you treat every customer that walks in your store the same, no matter what. I have bought MANY items in Soma before and was a loyal customer before this experience. Now, I will no longer be returning to this store and will probably do my shopping online. read more

I visited the store today for the first time and got fitted for a new bra and I am soooo happy I did! I had the best experience and found the best bras thanks to the help of Krista and Nikki (hopefully I spelled those right) the store was busy but they managed to be very personable. read more
