My daughter found her dream dress but needed to order a different size. The dress took 2 weeks to come in and it was perfect. She does require you to pay $3 for the armpit inserts for sanitary purpose - but she takes it off your balance if you purchase a dress. The owner is so pleasant and even when there are several people shopping - she knows how to cater to everyone. There are thousands of dresses in this store all different sizes and sorted by color, style and length. The best part about the place is the dresses are priced extremely well. Prom is already a time of spending way more money than necessary. We were able to get the dress she wanted at the most reasonable price you can imagine. We have done several events over the past four years with some dresses and excess of $1000. This is not an establishment that is trying to get over on customers. I would recommend her to anyone. Sorry to see our dress journey end, but maybe I will find a reason to buy myself a dress next. Lol!

There's some things that annoy me about the store. You can't take your shopping carts out in the parking lot so no matter how much junk you buy and you got to try to carry it all out so basically you make multiple trips and hope somebody doesn't take your crap in the car. Now you might think that's kind of unlikely however they have paid security guards in here for a reason. Today when I went in the changing rooms were closed because they probably didn't wanna bother to sanitize them which meant the bathroom was also closed and that is highly inconvenient. When I tell you this place was empty, I mean it didn't have much merchandise. There were still several people in their shopping. But I noticed in this place is that they love to line people up they never have enough people to work the check out no matter how early or late you arrive you know you're gonna wait in line that's just the way they are here so if you come in expecting that then you won't be disappointed I guess. The prices are right which is why we all come back. You can get some super good deals on sheets and towels and it's a good place to shop for your college kids when they're getting ready to go back to school. I was…read moresimply speaking Spanish with my children when another customer began insulting me out of nowhere. Instead of calmly asking what happened or reviewing the situation fairly, the manager, Lisa, immediately approached me and asked me to leave without even hearing my side. I left feeling humiliated and discriminated against. No customer should be treated differently for speaking another language. To make matters worse, my immigration status was even brought up during the situation, which was completely inappropriate and unacceptable. This store has cameras, so management can easily review what actually happened. A professional manager should know how to de-escalate situations and listen to both parties before making decisions. Unfortunately, that did not happen here. I have never felt so disrespected while shopping at a store.
