We were impressed with the quality of items, the prices and the variety of colors and sizes. We also found the Attendant who was manning the changing rooms area to be very professional and helpful when we were looking for alternate sizes. I have to say I was very impressed with Nordstrom Rack and will definitely be adding it to my list of places to shop in Jacksonville.

There are also lots of these items are not available at the online store and they are available at even a bigger discount because they are items that may be going out of season. I have fun shopping here and it adds a lot of motivation to shop at the mall, because I know that I will walk away with great values. The staff is attentive and personable which really helps make it more enjoyable to look them all the nooks and crannies throughout the venue. I have cute sets from here, jeans, shirts, etc. Their staff are all kind and can help piece together an outfit if you're clueless like I am . I cannot match or put together a nice outfit if I absolutely needed to. Not my forte. Thank goodness for the staff here. And since they all have different styles, they can help you find your own.
