The front of my vehicle--where bugs and grime build up--rarely comes out clean. I've noticed there's an automatic sprayer aimed at the front, but honestly, it doesn't do much. What's really needed is the handheld sprayer that staff can use while vehicles go through, but it's never used. I understand the importance of keeping cars moving efficiently, but for the price, customers want and deserve a car that actually looks clean. Another frustration is that staff on-site can't (or don't) assist with changes to your wash plan. Anytime there's an issue, you're told to contact customer service instead of being helped in the moment. It would be much more convenient and reassuring if small adjustments or questions could be handled right then and there. Overall, I do like using Crew Carwash, but seeking other unlimited wash plans at different places. Worth mentioning a few service improvements and more customer-friendly policies as the experience could be much better.

There is a vending machine and coffee. So you walk away with clean clothes, a tan and a clean car There is an attendant here doing wash and full services as well. We recently moved an hour away from the car wash and had a billing issue with being charged monthly, even though I thought I had canceled it back several months ago. The general manager, Tony (and employee Mike prior to speaking with Tony) were both EXTREMELY helpful and VERY patient with me and my situation. i explained we had moved an hour away and wouldn't be using them anymore. There was a coin slot and credit card reader on the control panel, neither of which worked. Note that there is a $5 minimum posted on the card reader. The coin window was blank. I went around to the entry again and found a bay which was wet so I assumed it was operational. Again there was a label on the card reader with the $5 minimum. The coin display was blank. (I later learned that there should have been a scrolling $5 minimum. Had I known, I would have left because I did not want to spend that much to wash the car myself). I entered $2 worth of quarters and nothing happened. I went into the office and told the man what had happened. He said there is a $5 minimum on both coins and cards and took me to another bay which did have the scrolling display. I told him that the bay I was in had a blank display when I started to which he replied "Why do they always lie?" I asked for my $2 back and he told me to "Fu*k off" and walked away. I purchased the Works wash, and while the wash itself was okay, it was nothing special and there was no tire shine applied. After the wash, I moved over to the interior cleaning area to use the vacuums. I tried four different vacuum stations and none of them were working properly. Three had very little suction, and one was completely inoperable. The floor mat washer was also not working. I spoke with an attendant about the issue and was told the vacuums were working fine, which clearly wasn't the case. I eventually had to speak with the manager to get a refund. During that conversation, he blamed customers for being rough on the equipment and said they had just spent $5,000 replacing vacuum motors. I do appreciate that they ultimately issued a refund, but the condition of the equipment and the initial response from staff made for a frustrating experience. If the vacuum area--which customers can clearly see--is in this condition, it makes me wonder what kind of shape the brushes and other components inside the wash tunnel are in, since those are the parts actually touching customers' vehicles. This location could really benefit from better maintenance and a more customer-focused response when issues are raised.
