However, the interior cleaning was amazing, especially for $60ish. Sure, you can probably get a slightly better deep cleaning at a detailing service, but that will cost you $200 or more. For $60, they vacuumed everywhere, cleaned all of the seats and dashes, and made the floor mats look spotless. It was a complete transformation. And it all only took about 45 minutes (there's a great coffee shop a couple blocks away, look at my reviews for info about that while you wait). We recently moved an hour away from the car wash and had a billing issue with being charged monthly, even though I thought I had canceled it back several months ago. The general manager, Tony (and employee Mike prior to speaking with Tony) were both EXTREMELY helpful and VERY patient with me and my situation. i explained we had moved an hour away and wouldn't be using them anymore. Even though they knew it would be unusual for us to do business with them in the future because of the logistics, they both were incredibly helpful!!! Sometimes I have had to press the call button and they fix the problem and I am well on my way. Also, LOVE the vacuums. Strong and work very well. The men that are in the car wash are so nice and do a good job spraying at the beginning and drying your car at the end. And there is a tip box at the end of the car wash. Real talk, the lines can be long so prepare for that scenario for winter. There isn't really anything they can do when the line goes past DQ. But this honestly doesn't bother me at all--for some it may be an inconvenience. Overall, I recommend.

There was a coin slot and credit card reader on the control panel, neither of which worked. Note that there is a $5 minimum posted on the card reader. The coin window was blank. I went around to the entry again and found a bay which was wet so I assumed it was operational. Again there was a label on the card reader with the $5 minimum. The coin display was blank. (I later learned that there should have been a scrolling $5 minimum. Had I known, I would have left because I did not want to spend that much to wash the car myself). I entered $2 worth of quarters and nothing happened. I went into the office and told the man what had happened. He said there is a $5 minimum on both coins and cards and took me to another bay which did have the scrolling display. I told him that the bay I was in had a blank display when I started to which he replied "Why do they always lie?" I asked for my $2 back and he told me to "Fu*k off" and walked away. I would never support a business that treats a paying customer this way, so I left and will never go back for any of their services.

I get that it is "soft touch" but the machine hits the front of the car mid way through so hard that it almost stops the car. I lost a couple plastic pieces in the front and had scratches every here and there. Then my brother went through recently and the machine ripped his mirror off. He went inside and told him they couldn't do anything. While he went through the wash the machine went under his car in the front and got stuck almost ripping his front bumper off. They then had to reset the machine and as soon as they started it up is when his mirror broke off. Not a car wash you should go to, sure it's cheap but it will later be expensive.

I purchased the Works wash, and while the wash itself was okay, it was nothing special and there was no tire shine applied. After the wash, I moved over to the interior cleaning area to use the vacuums. I tried four different vacuum stations and none of them were working properly. Three had very little suction, and one was completely inoperable. The floor mat washer was also not working. I spoke with an attendant about the issue and was told the vacuums were working fine, which clearly wasn't the case. I eventually had to speak with the manager to get a refund. During that conversation, he blamed customers for being rough on the equipment and said they had just spent $5,000 replacing vacuum motors. I do appreciate that they ultimately issued a refund, but the condition of the equipment and the initial response from staff made for a frustrating experience. If the vacuum area--which customers can clearly see--is in this condition, it makes me wonder what kind of shape the brushes and other components inside the wash tunnel are in, since those are the parts actually touching customers' vehicles. This location could really benefit from better maintenance and a more customer-focused response when issues are raised.
