This review is for CROIXLAND CLEANING CENTER…read more This establishment is a combination laundromat, dry cleaner and car wash. I needed a self service car wash and pulled into an empty bay. There was a coin slot and credit card reader on the control panel, neither of which worked. Note that there is a $5 minimum posted on the card reader. The coin window was blank. I went around to the entry again and found a bay which was wet so I assumed it was operational. Again there was a label on the card reader with the $5 minimum. The coin display was blank. (I later learned that there should have been a scrolling $5 minimum. Had I known, I would have left because I did not want to spend that much to wash the car myself). I entered $2 worth of quarters and nothing happened. I went into the office and told the man what had happened. He said there is a $5 minimum on both coins and cards and took me to another bay which did have the scrolling display. I told him that the bay I was in had a blank display when I started to which he replied "Why do they always lie?" I asked for my $2 back and he told me to "Fu*k off" and walked away. I would never support a business that treats a paying customer this way, so I left and will never go back for any of their services.

Same as another reviewer, when I told him that my card was used, but not given any credits, he…read morebasically called my wife a liar. Very rude and just an ass. Please never use this business as he is not worth it.

I love Perfect 10 to get my car washed. 1st you drive up and are greeted by the attendant to decide…read morewhich of the multiple car wash options you want and if you want to add (additional charge) for washing mats ( vacuum is already part of the car wash ) Then onto the drive up to entering where the washers will guide your car in. On good weather days this line can get pretty long, but they do well to move the line as quick as possible. You then leave your car ( and your remote start fob if you don't have keys in the ignition) and go inside where you take the paper ticket given to you by the original attendant and present it to the cashier. The cashier will hand you a claim ticket to give for the washers when your car is ready. Inside there are many retail items for sale, fun greeting cards, snacks, candies, drinks and microwaveable foods. And of course car retail items such as air fresheners, tire shine, steering covers and many other things. It's a pretty nice variety. In this area there are large windows looking into the car wash area, you can watch your car going thru all its cleaning stages and special waxes/coats. It's fun to watch. Then you take yourself over to the waiting area where your car is finished off being towel dryed, and wiped in the inside. Tires are wiped as well. The attendant will wave you out when your car is finished. You hand them your claim ticket. Before you go out to get your car, there is a box to put in any gratuities that are shared by all workers. They do close if the weather is too rainy or too cold, despite any posted hours. But a well run place to get your car crispy clean!

Very good value, nice clean building to watch your car being cleaned and fun stuff to shop for. You better always be around, been going here for years!

I visited Tommy's Express Car Wash in mounds view and signed up for the unlimited works wash…read moremembership but unfortunately this location seems to be in serious need of maintenance. I purchased the Works wash, and while the wash itself was okay, it was nothing special and there was no tire shine applied. After the wash, I moved over to the interior cleaning area to use the vacuums. I tried four different vacuum stations and none of them were working properly. Three had very little suction, and one was completely inoperable. The floor mat washer was also not working. I spoke with an attendant about the issue and was told the vacuums were working fine, which clearly wasn't the case. I eventually had to speak with the manager to get a refund. During that conversation, he blamed customers for being rough on the equipment and said they had just spent $5,000 replacing vacuum motors. I do appreciate that they ultimately issued a refund, but the condition of the equipment and the initial response from staff made for a frustrating experience. If the vacuum area--which customers can clearly see--is in this condition, it makes me wonder what kind of shape the brushes and other components inside the wash tunnel are in, since those are the parts actually touching customers' vehicles. This location could really benefit from better maintenance and a more customer-focused response when issues are raised.

If you're going to have free vacuuming, they better be able to suck up the stuff. Absolutely waste of time I had to go to another place to do the vacuuming part of it.
