So we stopped at the store and went to the mop and broom section. No O Cedar flip mop to be found...when I asked one of the staff members about the item, I showed her the item on their Ace mobile app and she went on their system to check for inventory...she said, they had none in the store...but the mobile app said they did.... Confusing... She said, I can order from our warehouse and you might be able to pick up next week, I said, yes...so I can use my coupon. When she went to get the special order entered, the system said that they are no longer getting any more of these mops.... Weird how the mobile app inventory and the store inventories do not seem to talk to each other... Unfortunately we left the store empty handed....

He told me he needed to finish sweeping the floor first and would be with me afterwards. Ok not great customer service but I politely said ok thanks. A few minutes later I hear him helping someone else. I walk over so he sees me. Maybe he forgot he told me he'd help me? Then when he was done helping them he went back to sweeping. Really? Not great customer service at all. I left and now I have to make an extra trip out to Home Depot today to buy my paint. Such a shame.

The product was a nightmare to install-- the backing did not come off smoothly, and we had to peel it off in small pieces before applying to the walls. About a week after applying, we noticed that the seams between panels, which had been invisible, had widened to show nearly a quarter inch of wall between each strip. When we reached out to the company, we received the response shown in this photo. The president was incredibly rude, and it is unacceptable to not mention that the wallpaper can't be applied to all walls until you open the package and read the fine print.

Starting with dog documentation ( which was submitted 3 times) , parking spot ( which clearly stated in my purchase documents), car warning stickers ( while car is registered and on assigned parking spot ), didn't let contractors work on renovating unit ( on Monday 1pm.. apparently someone called to complain about noise) , and my favorite is that I must do my whole background and registration over again after 2,5 years of owning my unit because they lost that information. Where in the world all that is ok? I'm not even saying that there people who's renting units for over 5 years in the building ( while allowed only 6 month) ...

He started the job late, didn't have a painter, sent a carpenter to paint my house without proper or safe equipment, the carpenter fainted on the job twice and fell off one of the company's broken ladders, James texted to ask me to pay his carpenter directly, James texted to ask me to pick up paint supplies, he broke my shutters and asked me to buy new ones, and on two of the few days he actually showed up himself to work he filmed and posted tik tok videos from my house of him dancing on my porch. I ended up painting my own front door. He then finished the job, got paid and abandoned his equipment on my property for two weeks, made excuses about why he couldn't pick it up, and when he came to get it, he left the broken equipment for me to dispose of.

They give 15% off coupons on their rewards program. I take a trip there weekly to discover great bargains--especially on books, toys and food! I said few months ago but it's been almost 5 months, maybe six since the restrooms first became out of order and nothing has been done about them since they still today remain out of order. It's pretty sad you go in and knowing they have restrooms is good just in case you need 1 but thinking they must be fixed by now and 6 months later it seems like their just not going to repair them at all. I am disabled in a wheelchair and I rely on bathrooms everywhere I go and when I go in there hoping by now the restrooms will be back up and running and they're still not. I just don't go anymore. If I want to go to Ollie's I will go to Plymouth or Woonsocket. They have nice restrooms there and if they're ever out of order, they're back up and running within a few days. Not like Seekonk. Pretty disgusting if you ask me and could also be considered a health hazard there. Surprise the inspectors haven't been in there yet.
