He helped me out of a real jam when my bike broke down when I was away from home. I would highly recommend this business.

At the Manchester dealer I was quoted well over $9K for a bike I just paid $7K for from Rochester. Also here in Rochester I got a 5 year warranty with the lower price. They were only discussing a 3 year warranty for that larger price in Manchester. But more than that, Rochester Motorsports was a low-pressure, hassle-free negotiation. They answered all of my questions about their dealer fees and warranty fees right up front as soon as I asked. Their dealer fees were a fraction of the dealer fees the Manchester dealer was offering. And they wanted over $200.00 to deliver my bike to me in Portsmouth from Manchester. Do yourself a favor and just go to Rochester first. Do your homework like a smart consumer, so that you know the actual MSRP of the product you are buying and can understand how much in fees the dealer piles on. You can even Google the estimated costs for repairs or the frequency of breakdowns for a particular model. But in the end you should buy your bike or ATV from Rochester Motorsports. They are just regular working people like us. I highly recommend Rochester Motorsports and I will certainly buy from them again. A 5-Star purchase transaction in my books.

Literally every other seller actually answers buyer questions and does a quick video if asked (which Jeff already does, even for cheaper bikes listed on his website). But not Jeff, the astute businessman who says "We don't want your money, we want your business!" and "We will make your motorcycle purchase a great experience." Both statements are false in my experience. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Jeff's response to my purchase inquiry about a $22,000 bike: Hi there, how much money are you willing to pay us to do all that? Please let us know, thank you Jeff (owner of Lee Custom Cycle). ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ My inquiry: Hi, Nice bike! Can you please tell me about any mechanical or cosmetic defects? What have you done to improve it since acquiring it? Do you have any history regarding ownership, engine or other repairs? Last request: could you do a short video: 1.) Walk-around; 2.) Cold Start (put a hand on the exhaust pipe before starting); and 3.) A warm engine start. Perhaps upload to YouTube or some such and share link. Thanks, Phil

I went back a week later for a tail light that was out and they took care of it, replacing the bulb quickly and for free, giving me advice on the bike and just a laid back attitude. I got a phone call the next day asking for part numbers because they ran my card wrong. there's probably 2 people (mechanics) that have a clue there. I hate giving bad reviews but maybe it was because I was a girl buying a 1000 and they thought they could pull one over on me.

Second of all my sales rep promised me a demo ride on Polaris slingshot and said it would be just in time for the weekend of my wife's birthday on sept11 so I didn't make any plans and that ultimately fell through and upset me. I tried three more times after that to set up demos and I just seemed to keep getting the runaround from him on setting up a time as I'm coming from Maine so that's something else that was bothering me I just feel if you can't make something happen then don't promise it to a client and the third thing would be the text that you sent me the next day on Sunday morning the wording felt disrespectful and rude I was told by sales rep that you guys where working that Sunday and I don't care if a customer messages you at midnight you don't respond the way you did that's was very unprofessional and incalled for I mulled it over for a few days and talked to other people about it and they agreed it was wrong that's what ultimately lost you the sale of multiple machines and any future business I hope you can use this to help better serve people in the future so they don't have the same experience I did thank you and have a good day but at the end of the day the owner is the biggest cuck I've had the pleasure of meeting and should no way be handling customer service or talking to people this place is a joke an I wish I never shopped here to begin with
