As soon as we reached out to Ray, he answered us SAME DAY! We were so grateful! We sent Ray a few photos and he quickly quoted us a fair price and scheduled a quick clean up. Our yard was in ROUGH shape, and Ray fixed it up better than it was when we moved into the place. He was meticulous and thorough, and he exceeded my expectations! Our yard is tough - all rocks and mulch and big bushes and weeds - but he really knew what he was doing and got it looking nice! He also hauled everything away, which was nice. I am revising my review from May 29. Virtually all of the sod that was installed has died and it…read moreis NOT from dog urine as there are no other dog urine spots in the rest of the yard. It has died because they did not remove the old topsoil when the old grass was removed, they just sprinkled a thin layer of home store topsoil on top of the hard, packed clay that was there. They did replace some of the sod but that was dead within 10 days in spite of our sticking to a proper watering schedule. You can peel it up like an area rug and the soil underneath it is rock hard. They charged me $1600 and will not make it right or stand behind their work.
