I went to college at a SUNY school and I asked a fraternity brother of mine where he got his jersey from. He told me about somethinggreek and some of my sisters used the site as well. I ended up ordering a hoodie with some complicated embroidery and such and it came out amazingly!! What I love most about this business is that they will call you if they need to clarify anything. I have ordered from other Greek apparel sites that just guess on things and when you get the item you are always so sad. But this never happens with this store! For example, today I ordered something off their website that was a discounted package deal that came with two shirts. I got a call from them that these items were already purchased. So I went through the website and found something I liked even better. I ordered two at different sizes and it actually came out cheaper! And since I was able to design it myself this actually worked better for me! I can't praise them enough! I also follow them on Instagram which always inspires me. I ordered from Something Greek for my fraternity for 2 years now. They promptly made the orders both times, and I received both orders very quickly. 1st time was two years ago with a small order, and that was perfectly executed and arrived just 3-5 days after I placed the order (I go to school in NJ now, which is right next to NY, so the shipping only took a day). 2nd time I had a much bigger order (~25 items to be exact). It was placed mid October, 2018, and I got the shipment within 5-7 days. I was scared that they might have made the orders wrong (from past stories I've heard), but everything in the order turned out perfectly. I was really impressed by the speed and quality at which they made the order. They also have great customer service. I needed to modify my huge order, and I received great assistance. My order showed up exactly how I modified it, and the refund was promptly processed. My org has ordered several items from Something Greek and most if not all have met and sometimes exceeded our expectations. They have a wide array of choices and designs, and they're reasonably priced. They ship fast too, which I wasn't expecting. I'm not too sure why others had problems with the customer service because I found them excellent. For a personal order that I needed rush shipping, they called and worked with me to adjust my order so that I could get it by the needed date. Then, when my package was sadly stolen, I called them only to notify them that I had filed a stolen package report with ups, and the customer service rep contacted me back after the weekend to remake my order free of charge. Maybe customer service with them can be a hit or miss, but I have yet to experience a miss, and the products are good quality. read more

This company is AWESOME!! I accidentally ordered one pair of sweatpants with the wrong color boarder (slip of the finger, whoops), and this company was so accommodating. I just called the customer service line that was given in the order confirmation email and Nancy (she was super sweet!!) was able to help. At no additional cost (besides shipping of course), I was able to send back the pair of sweatpants that I had accidentally ordered wrong and they were able to fix them. I was so relieved because these sweatpants were for our new member class. I have messed up on orders for this company before (oops, should probably review my order more closely before submitting) and they have been extremely helpful and totally reasonable! So I drove down to Something Greek last month to help my college buddies pick up some orders. Not only was I impressed with the service once I got down there, but the overall quality of the items was top notch. My buddy Nick, ordered the two tee shirt pack. Not only was he able to get two shirts under $30, but the quality was top notch. We placed our order on Monday, February 4th, expecting it to take 7-10 business days. Never been to the store, but why bother? These guys ship out items so fast it's just like being close by. I'm shocked they only have one location! We ordered some bottle opener key chains for an upcoming event, and Nancy was so accommodating. She personally pulled and shipped our order, and it got here in 2 business days for the low ship cost. Some companies you have to give up your first born just to get that kind of service. Anyway, the key chains were a hit. We've been enjoying them every since! I went to school at upstate in Binghamton and when I joined a fraternity a lot of my brothers recommended I shop with this online company. Needless to say it was a hassle and huge disappointment. I then found Something Greek online and decided to use them instead. These guys are awesome! I drive by them everyday and thought they only did University apparel, but it turns out they do pretty much anything. Greek life is obviously their focus, but they were more than happy to print a custom order for my soccer team. I hear a lot of the local fire departments use them too! This store is great. They have every color garment/pattern possible. They are the only store i buy my Greek letters from because they're the only ones with a normal looking Theta. They were very patient with me and my friends the last time we went there to order letters. They always have sales online so be sure to look out for them. I order all my Greek apparel here since it's convenient and easy for me to pick up. I've always had good customer service coming here, while they also have low prices. My only concern is the stitching on the twill shirts. I wish the stitching was heavier so that when the border starts catching fuzzies, it wouldn't be so noticeable.
