Mucho Excelente! Was headed for another place in Stonewall for lunch but saw this place as I got in to town. Super clean, comfortable, and well done inside. Kinda of a Starbucks/sandwich shop but I like both so right up my alley!! I had the steak & cheese sandwich and it was off the hook! Came with a delicious au jus sauce and a unique loaded potato side that was awesome also. Going to be stopping in again for more goodness soon!! Extra: Got a white mocha for the road which was great! I've been eating at Something Tasty since its founding, and this is one of the best places to eat and work for youth in DeSoto Parish. Their food is superior and unmatched in our area. The owners view their business not just a restaurant, but an opportunity to teach the younger generation what quality service should look like. My son worked there as his first job and has since complained about why other restaurants do not operate as efficiently as this one. No business is perfect, but our family feels that this one strives for excellence. As far as the 1 or 2 negative reviews I've seen from former first time workers, I guess an opinion is about as good as a persons heart, and displays their own future work ethic to the world. read more

I like something tasty the atmosphere is perfect but the only thing is that they seem to change staff a lot so therefore the sandwiches are hardly ever made the same or sometimes the coffee may be too strong or too weak! This coffee shop in little Stonewall is lovey. Ordered a chai tea and sausage egg and cheese biscuit from two very friendly ladies. That biscuit is so good! Starbucks wishes they had a sandwich this good. Stopped here to get breakfast on the way to New Orleans. Great spot. read more

The people whom work here are so sweet. This was my first time going in and it's so warm and inviting inside. They have a drive-thru for people that may have small kids or for days when it's raining. They have a seating area for chatting with a electric fireplace and sofa and large dining area if you chose to eat in. It was very clean and the menu is small but has something tasty for everyone's palette whether it's a coffee, smoothie or something to eat. I got the hot melt with turkey and it was so good. The food portions are more than enough to fill you up. They also have a nice selection of fresh baked sweets which I haven't tried yet. If you're looking for something quick and delicious then this is the place. We definitely will be back. I love supporting our local small businesses. read more

i have been a regular customer with something tasty over two years since i live in stonewall. customer service is great with some of the nicest people. yesterday evening i order two of the pulled pork bbq sandwiches and when i got home notice that the pork was dry in several bites. i would have called but it was already after 8pm and they were closed. i called today and asked for the manager and this person said she was busy with a customer, so i left my name and phone number. i felt like this person whom i complain to said nothing, just thank you for calling. right now i may not go back... sherry in stonewall :( read more

Stopped by because my cousin and her client said their coffees and frappes are better than starbucks. They also recommended trying their food. I visited on a Wednesday during the afternoon. I ordered a chicken salad sandwich and a grilled cheese kids meal. Grilled cheese came with a drink a third of a banana and a strawberry. We enjoyed our meals. Upon leaving, we ordered 2 caramel frappes. Which I do have to say that they are something tasty! Very clean place. There is a kid's corner with crayons, jenga, and a TV. Friendly staff also.
