Since they don't deliver on Sundays, I opted for the same day delivery option, thinking they would arrive later in the evening. Not only did the flowers get delivered within hours of me ordering them, they were absolutely beautiful!!!! I ordered the florists choice and I couldn't have been happier. I received a flower arrangement delivered from Sabrina's to the hospital when I had my baby. It was BEAUTIFUL!! The arrangement was in a blue container attached to a blue elephant pull toy. So even when the flowers eventually died (they lasted a super long time too) we have something to remember the people who gave us the flowers by. 5 Stars for Sabrina's flowers. I called in a request for a friend,asking to customize a bouquet of exotic flowers, to make it a FULL bouquet with bling and glitter. I was blown away by the amount of time that Anastasia took with me to help ensure the arrangement was just what I was looking for. I emailed her a picture of something I had in mind and then she asked me a series of really good questions and gave me different options on specific flowers, how they compared to what I had sent her, etc. When we discussed different vase options, I asked for her opinion, she gave it...and I took it. Sabrina's is one of the original florist in Rockwall so it makes sense to use them. In the past, I was pleased with their arrangements. Well, I call them to order a boutonniere for homecoming, but first I sent them a picture of my daughters dress to match since her date was wearing a matching color. The dress is called champagne but it looks copper to me. I paid over the phone and told them I will pick it up on Saturday for the dance. Cost $27.06. Yup......and I know flowers so I figured it's going to be fabulous. Pick up day. ?!#?*!?%# I'm speechless. This is where thinking before you speak is a good thing. It was "cute". I'm thinking $27.00 for that! It was a little white orchid with a decoration like an appetizer pick and a magnetic back. These are high school kids who don't give _____ about fancy flowers. I know orchids are expensive. We typically use those for weddings! This is a case of sticker shock, that's all. This is something I would expect from Dr. Delphinium in Dallas, not a florist in Rockwall. Maybe it was magical.....who knows. read more

If yelp allowed "zero" stars, I would have given Sabrina's flowers and gifts zero stars. I was hoping to put in a large order for an event I am hosting. It would have been great business for Sabrina, and I expected great customer service in return. So when I walked into the shop, I was just hoping to talk to the owner, but sadly the shop was closed. I only wanted to talk for 5 minutes, but the owner interrupted me mid sentence and said "We're closed," in a flat, rude tone of voice. I mean, I understand that you're closed, but the least you can do is talk to me for 5 minutes, or at least tell me in a nice way that you are closed. She didn't even hear me out or listen to anything I had to say! Needless to say, don't go here unless you want to be treated badly by the owner. read more

Outstanding service- these folks are the real deal! I used them for my wedding. The flowers were SO FRESH the arrangements lasted more than a week after. The owner, Kay, really listened and added details to make my day special and sentimental. She was very precise about everything and did an amazing job! She also was my wedding coordinator. That in itself was a huge task especially with all my needy family and friends- but she kept a smile on her face the whole night and immediately took care of any issues that came up. Kay was the perfect hostess! I was able to kick back and enjoy the party. If you need flowers for ANY EVENT Sabrina's is the pace to go. I cannot thank them enough. Sabrina's Flowers did 18 arrangements for a Rehearsal Dinner for our son. They were AMAZING. Beautiful and exactly what I was looking for! Sabrina's had done a boutonniere for my daughter years ago and did a great job. So, after another florist in town blew it on a bouquet for a 21st birthday, we went to Sabrina's just to see if they could throw something together for us quickly. This was on a Saturday 2 hours before the closed. She said there wasn't much in stock, but she could see what she could come up with. She did an amazing job using gerber daisies and huge sunflowers. She even added a couple of balloons to top it off. She really wanted us to be happy after our "ordeal" with the other florist. She was very professional and didn't bad mouth the other florist in town even seeing how unhappy we were. She made our day and the birthday girl loved them!! Horrible customer service. They were very sweet and nice when I ordered and paid for my flowers but once they had arrived they were rude. I ordered bulk flowers for my wedding and they arrived two days before the date I asked for which is understandable but the way they went about it was extremely unprofessional! my fiancé picked up the flowers which I had to take care of to make sure they didn't die before the wedding and all they did while he was there was make rude remarks about me not wanting to pay for them to make my arrangements. Not once did they even give me prices for arrangements and when I visited the shop they had nothing to show me as far as center pieces. Will never use them again. Customer services says it all and although my bridal bouquet was beautiful the customer service my fiancé received was unnecessary and childish. read more
