They have reserved parking for clients which already made things feel easy and thoughtful. When you walk in, there is a beautiful display of their products and a really welcoming waiting area. It feels clean, modern, and calming without being intimidating. The staff greeted me as soon as I arrived and everyone was incredibly friendly and attentive. I felt comfortable immediately. I did a Forma facial and it was completely non invasive and not painful at all. We took before photos so I could really see the difference afterward, which I appreciated. They applied a gel to my face and used the Forma device to glide over the skin with gentle warmth. It felt relaxing and soothing, almost like a warm facial massage. Forma uses radiofrequency energy to stimulate collagen and elastin production. It helps tighten and firm the skin, improve texture, and smooth fine lines over time. What I loved most is that there is no downtime and it is safe for all skin types. My skin felt tighter, lifted, and had the most amazing glow afterward. I usually wear makeup every single day, but I left without any makeup on and felt so confident. My skin looked that good. We also did a subtle lip flip with Botox since I have been trying to stay away from filler, and a little Botox in my forehead. Everything was explained clearly and never felt rushed or pushy. I felt very at ease the entire time. The staff truly made the experience. Everyone was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. It genuinely felt like a place where they care about you and want you to feel your best. They offer so many different treatments and I am already looking forward to coming back. I highly recommend On The Glow Med Spa. From the atmosphere to the results to the people, it was such a great experience and I am so happy I found them.

Rita took the time to explain about the benefits of PDGF injections and microneedling. She's amazing! She made me feel comfortable and answered my questions. It was a no brainer for me, I became a VIP member and took advantage of the discounts for each service and the free facial on my birthday month! I paid for a package of two rounds and had my last treatment was in Jan 2026 for the PDGF microneedling. I also got the laser removal package for underarms and upper lip, chin. Amazing experience so far! At the end of January, I decided to get lip filler for the first time with Rita. Despite it being a bit painful, she made sure to take her time. I'm so happy with my results. She's amazing! I also received a Skin Glass Tri-Infusion Facial (Vitamin A, Exosomes & Liposomes) facial right before my birthday trip with Katie. She was lovely, took her time applying the products, and giving me a dewy, glowy look! I already booked my next appointment for April once I'm back. Now with the new Aerolase device, I will be back and buy a package deal to try this advanced laser technology for skin maintenance and wellness. I moved to Chatsworth 2…read more1/2 years ago and have been driving back to Studio City/ Sherman Oaks for all my appts.. laser, facials, micro-needling etc. I was hoping to find my new go to. Avoid this place at all cost.. all they care about is charging you. I was fighting an infection and made my appt days after the second round of antibiotics. The night before when the nurse called me, I explained my entire medical situation to her and let her know that I just started the third round of antibiotics minutes before she called as my body wasn't reacting to the antibiotics I had been taking. The next morning of my appt I wasn't well, very nauseas. I called to let them know I'll have to reschedule after my antibiotics were done. All she said is... well you spoke to the nurse right and she cleared you regarding the antibiotics? I said yes.. she said so we'll have to charge you... hope it was worth the $50! Response to Mary after my original message... Thank you for the response, Mary. However, it misses the point entirely. While I understand and respect cancellation policies, they are typically designed to prevent 'no-shows' or casual cancellations, not to penalize a client experiencing a sudden medical crisis. I was proactive and transparent with your nurse the night before. Unfortunately, health situations--especially those requiring multiple rounds of intensive antibiotics--can escalate unexpectedly overnight. Expecting a patient to 'predict' they will be too ill to leave the house 24 hours in advance during a medical emergency is unreasonable. Offering to have me come in 'later that day' when I had already explained I was unwell and under strict medical care shows a complete lack of empathy and basic listening. To charge a $50 penalty under these specific, documented circumstances is a choice that prioritizes a small fee over human compassion and long-term client relationships. It is a disappointing introduction to a local business, and I will certainly be taking my business back to facilities that value their clients' well-being over a cancellation fee
