I don't really know what to say about the I had was not really much a facial at all. But got me was a half hour interview before the experience. All she wanted to sell product. I wasn't there to buy a bunch of product I was there for the experience. She was nice but she was late and running behind. I didn't get out of there until close to 7 o'clock. Came here on a whim after my brother and I were in desperate need for a massage and everywhere else had no availability for the time we desired. beat $55 for an hour for a full body massage - you cannot beat that! I was hoping it would be great and I was so relieved that I was not disappointed. The host was very sweet and welcoming, the place is small but clean, the masseuse made sure to ask how I like my pressure and the massage itself was phenomenal. I kept drifting in and out of sleep and they really do from head to toe. I do wish my feet were worked on for a bit longer but honestly I enjoyed the full experience. I will absolutely be back. Sofia has soft yet strong hands. I asked her to focus a little more on my right shoulder without neglecting the rest of the body and she went above and beyond. Writing on behalf of my husband who doesn't have a yelp acct lol. He's been going to ViVi since Song spa used to be located a few blocks down on Steinway. Vivi is the best, she is able to help relieve his lactic acid build up and help him with his muscle stiffness. My husband is a pretty fit and athletic guy and his body suffers from injuries from sports and the gym often so Vivi was very skillful in relieving a lot of his stiffness. She walks on my back and is the best at it, knows all the points. She also did cupping for me and gives me good info on eastern medicine like what to eat and what herbs to take. He goes to her monthly as she is the best with how accurate and strong she is with her hands. Her knowledge of the human body makes her the best massuse we have come across. I was there for a simple massage. It was good gave a thumbs up, but almost at the end she grab my penis and I was not please with that. I felt violate, I didn't ask for this I got up and told the massage how much time do I have left, she said 9 min. I told her I was done, I'm out of here. very uncomfortable, I spoke to her in the room and explain to her I was not happy with she has done. I'm surprised at how bad these reviews are. This isn't the best massage on the block, but for the price I also don't think it's the worst. I came here after Happy Spa was booked up and I was in desperate need of a back massage. I was promptly led to the back into a room that was dimly lit. The rooms here are a bit run down, but everything looked clean, so I climbed in. The woman I had went incredibly hard on my back, so much so that I had to tell her to ease up which is not typically something I do. At one point, she got on top of me and walked on my back which is probably not the safest, but felt pretty good. I still prefer Happy Spa to this place but if you can't get in there and you need a decent massage at an affordable price I'd say Song is a good alternate option. read more

I've been going here for a couple years now and always leaving $13-$15 tip but apparently my 20% tip wasn't good enough this time and was called out and was pressured to give more. I ended up giving an additional $20...and felt bad and humiliated. The sad part about this was that the person who gave me my massage wasn't the one who pressured me into giving more. I've been to a nicer cheap Chinese massage places before, this was nice to get a quick massage walk in. I'd return. I'd return. Service : 5 $40for 1hr foot massage. Walked in. Accommodating. Waited about 5,10min. Nice foot rub. Fell asleep. Started w 30min and extended to 60min. Ambience: 3 there are a few rooms with bed/ massage chair and doors have curtains. Not fancy or nice at all. Walls were painted in greenish gray and white that reminds me of dated public schools or an old accounting firm. read more

Called and booked a massage for later in the day. When I arrived to the spa the door was locked and no one answered despite a sign saying "open 7 days a week 10:30-9:30". I called 10 times until someone answered the phone and said "they were on vacation", even though they took my reservation earlier in the day.
