I used Sonia's Private Care for post-op mommy makeover care in Miami, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. To start, Sonia is knowledgeable as a nurse and has a pleasant personality, which initially made me feel confident in choosing her. However, this is where the positives end. She constantly overbooks herself, committing to 24-hour care for multiple clients at the same time, and then juggles between locations. This leaves everyone dissatisfied and receiving subpar care. Once you pay her in advance, she starts cramming her schedule with more clients during the same period, breaking agreements and making excuses for everything. She'll blame delays on your surgery running late (which is not unusual for surgery), or claim that your rescheduled date was an issue--even though she confirmed availability. It's clear she prioritizes quantity over quality, and greed seems to be driving her business decisions. The worst part is that she doesn't listen to feedback. Instead of addressing concerns, she dismisses them with excuses, showing no regard for how her actions impact her clients during such a vulnerable time. Sonia has the potential to be an excellent provider if she sticks to a reasonable client load and delivers the service she promises. But as things stand, she was the most unpleasant part of my surgery experience in Miami. Every other provider I worked with was professional and exceeded expectations, unlike her. I cannot recommend Sonia's Private Care to anyone seeking reliable, attentive, and professional post-op care. Avoid at all costs. read more
