The rating is for not for the good hamburger but the bad behavior of an employee to another employee. While I was there an employee (Caucasian) got to work parking pretty close to the front door on the Eastside. Another employee (Hispanic) was at a truck talking to someone that had just parked there a few minutes before. The Caucasian lady started yelling at the man in the truck to not fucking park there again. She was very rude and it seemed she did not respect her job for cursing and yelling in front of one of the employees, the man in the truck, and other customers eating at the outside tables or in their cars. As she was entering, I told her to watch her mouth. She did not respond. Now the man in the truck reversed his truck back and then started to accelerate the gas while his foot was on the brakes and then peeled out of there causing all this engine smoke that was blowing right to the area where I was eating, which really ruined my meal since it lingered. That would have never happened if the rude employee would have behaved herself. He drove around to the otherside of the restaurant and threw a beer can onto the seating area of the restaurant where I was sitting. That could have also been avoided if that employee was more polite and not raging and cursing making a fool out of herself. I don't know if she was racist or was having a mental health moment. Another Sonic, another average review. This chain based from the original location in Shawnee, OK has locations across the county. It has menu choices including burgers, snacks & drinks. Daily Happy Hour is always a hit. Not all Sonics have awesome employees but for the most part I've never had issues at this Sonic! The menu here is the same as other locations. read more

Well, I won't go back to this Sonic. I can't believe they didn't remember any condiments. Now that may sound petty, but quite frankly I think the food needed condiments. And there is the little matter of not getting the order right when said condiments were requested. Oh well. Staff were civil. Service time was reasonable. Ordered a number 16, Breakfast Toaster sandwich combo via the drive-thru. My drive home takes 5 minutes. When I got home & unwrapped the sandwich, I found the toast was rubber, floppy, soggy and bendable. There was way too much scrambled egg and the bacon was just a bit under cooked. Totally inedible. We come here once or twice a month, as we live close by, and we have had nothing but great service.

Have had nothing but great service, and the staff is always so kind and courteous . The management is always nice and corrects mistakes

Pulled into the this sonic at 8:58pm and pulled into a stall to then find out/be told that their stalls are closed and I have to use the drive-thru. I don't understand why y'all are closing your stalls so early on a Friday night. Your drive-thru line is ridiculously long because of this and it makes things much more difficult and time consuming for us delivery drivers. Not to mention when the employee stated this through the speaker, I responded by asking if that also went for DoorDash orders and got no response. Completely got ignored so here I am in the drive-thru line. It's now 9:22pm and I've moved up one car length. You guys need to figure out a different system for people that work for DoorDash, Uber Eats, Postmates ect..... it sucks sitting in a line this long for an order that more then likely is already ready. My boyfriend and I went to Sonic tonight. As we normally would, we pulled into one of the stalls to order. After waiting for about 15 minutes with no help, a girl came onto the speaker and with a very bland, snappy voice, said "stalls are closed, sorry." There was a sign on the order box that stated that the stalls close at 10, however it was only 9:20. We pull into the drive thru, and the same girl takes our order. Everything was correct on the receipt, but they gave us ranch dressing when we had asked for honey mustard (which they charged us extra for). One of our drink sizes was also incorrect. Lastly, after our order had been taken we said "thank you very much!" And with no response, the intercom clicked off. Because of the lack of politeness from the employee taking our order, and the incorrect order given to us, I will not be coming to this location again. read more

I understand we are in a pandemic but just be nice car hops. Food came out quick, but the cheesesteak was ice cold. I know they don't have time to chat like friends but one could respond. I asked if Jelly was her real name and she replied as if I offended her. I was only going to give the lady a compliment. But I was put off by her unfriendly demeanor, so I just said thanks for the food. Glad I didn't tip as much. Guess a guy can't be nice to anyone these days anymore. First I will start by saying I understand how the food industry works, having been employed in it previously. This sonic has always been rough, forgetting condiments, Messing up drinks, messing up food, and overall just taking an eternity to place an order and eons to receive it. Another issue with this sonic is clearing out the screen and saying your order is on the way when it clearly isn't. If you have plans anytime in the next week you should cancel them if you come to this sonic, since you likely will still be waiting for your order by then. This sonic NEEDS help. read more

Never go to this location. On multiple occasions I've had my order done incorrectly so I just stopped going. I would always go on my lunch break but I just don't have the time for them to mess up my order and remake it. On one occasion they were so late delivering my order that on the prompt it said it was being delivered and I didn't get it until 8 minutes later. I think they might of done this because timing has to do with their employee ratings, either way they are not conducting business well. All around bad. read more

This is another retailer and fast food restaurant that has taken advantage of COVID and the shut down orders. On two occasions they served me a Toaster Sandwich on some old regular bread that smelled like that slate shit Roadrunner tries to give people. I love Sonic so this was a tough one. This Sonic was the worst I have ever been to. First, it took over 15 minutes to get our order. What must have been a special order right? No! A very simple order. A number 1, corn dog kids meal and a Boom box and an extra order of onion rings. Sorry nothing complicated. No reason to take so long. Second, after giving my money to the nice person that brought the food, there was a 10 minute wait to get my change. Really? Did they have to take off there shoes to count to 19? That would explain the od smell... And lastly, or number three, after all that, the order was WRONG! REALLY? They sure did charge me for the onion rings. Not the difference of going to onion rings from fries but fully. Then they didn't give us the fries. We wanted both. So we called and were told we will be in the book. What? The book? The never come back book? Anyway, this was the first time I didn't get a receipt so as to be able to do the survey. Odd, right? I do not see us EVER going back to that location.
