We love getting gelato from here it's always delicious! Some of the employees are knowledgeable about the gluten-free options. I usually get the pineapple or mango, and both are gluten-free and dairy-free. My daughter loves the chocolate and raspberry.

Me and my husband love getting gelato at least once a week. They have so many incredible flavors and so many options to choose from including some "No Sugar Added" items. It's really a one stop shop if you like convenience. They have everything from Gelato, Sorbet, Coffees, Lattes, Hot Chocolate, Espresso, some bubbly drinks and even cakes. The flavors are so yummy that me and my husband plan lunch dates every week just to come back and try something new. The morning staff is always so bubbly and nice and we enjoy our weekly visits. I do have to say that one evening I took my sister to check out their sweet treats and we were treated very poorly. My sister decided NOT to get anything even though we made a special trip all the way up here from Rio Rancho so she could try it. Unfortunately I couldn't convince her to choose anything because of the poor service and bad attitude displayed by the 2 young ladies working that night.

First time at Frost Gelato and it was exceptional. Loved that there were natural colors and no artificial dyes in the Gelato. We tastee a few samples before deciding. The pistachio flavored one is my favorite all-around, and it tasted great, but I went for the more fruity and refreshing flavors: Strawberry Champagne and Bellini was a great duo. My BIL hooked us up with mini cones that aren't normally offered. Frost Gelato is a great treat and has a nice quaint ambiance that let's you enjoy the weather from inside. It's also nice that it's not as sweet and heavily calorie like regular dairy ice cream.

It wasn't too busy, it's in a strip mall type area. The service was okay, but the gelato was pretty good

Store front is inviting & clean! Inside Melissa, Sandra, and Sarah were some of the sweetest and most helpful workers we encountered on our vacation. They truly are a great assets to your team and full of energy. The gelato, sherbet, and bon-bon-style ice creams were unique and absolutely delicious. We sampled several flavors, and the team guided us with such grace, even sharing some of their personal favorites and recommendations. We ended up buying six ice creams and bon-bons to take home for family, and would definitely be regulars if we lived closer! Frost Gelato, please consider expanding to Colorado (Elizabeth/Parker area), Boston, MA, and Lake Havasu, AZ--all of these places would love your specialty ice cream experience! Five star deliciousness & service!!

My spouse loves gelato so we made the stop. Located near ABQ Uptown and Winrock area, Frost Gelato is a great spot to stop for a sweet treat. Service was quick, establishment is clean, and we enjoyed our scoop.

Impressive. I traveled to New Mexico for the weekend. It's hot, and I wanted something fun, so I found this gem. Go in and try it.

Great Gelato. I was impressed to find this here in New Mexico. Very friendly staff and a huge selection.

It's been awhile since we've been here - probably close to 2 yrs. Just like any business the prices have increased to reflect the increases in ingredients, labor & rent. The gelato is still delicious and nutritionally better but it is nearing $2 more than a similar size scoop of ice cream. The other thing missing are the pirouline cookies that used to be that used to be included. It started with a whole cookie, then 1/2, now gone. This 3 cent retail is a small piece that we miss.

Great gelato! You'd have to travel all the way to Italy for better gelato. And really, who has that kind of time?

Does anyone know what is used as a sweetener in the "no sugar added" Dietetic chocolate or Dietetic fruit Gelatos? Chocolate is not naturally sweet, as I was told by an employee, help...?

I ordered many treats for myself and bestie. One pastry that caught my eye was the classic butter croissant dough with activated charcoal, glazed blood oranges, and blood orange curd. I'm not sure if this is only a seasonal item. The colors are beautiful! It was quite sweet, however the blood orange tartness aided in the flavors giving it a bit of tartness. The Boston Cream Cruffin looked mighty tasty. It's made with their signature croissant dough rolled up and filled with vanilla pastry cream and dipped in dark chocolate ganache.
