As always, Sonic provides good food, good service, fast car hops and great specials. Tonight's person taking our order didn't even try to correct my husband on his mispronounced shake order. Dolce de Lecha. ( not even sure I spelled it correctly for that matter! Lol) Cheddar peppers are a favorite of ours, but not with a big shake. We ordered large, which for some people, is like a meal itself. They arrive before I could finish this review. Impressive! read more

Omg I got a #1 only with ketchup and pickles and cheese and they put there WHOLE bussy into that burger I loved every bite the bun so soft, elegant but somehow firm the cheese was so amazing it melted onto the patty perfectly the pickle to ketchup ratio was on point the pickles adding a 3rd texture to the burger made it amazing , will recommend to Gordon Ramsey read more

Ordered a coke blended float and described that we wanted ice cream and coke mixed together to make a shake. We were told that would be possible to make. Ayden delivered the "shake" which was white liquid and was certainly not a shake consistency. Ayden said if liquid is added to ice cream, then it becomes liquid. There was no attempt to replace our order or exchange it for something else. A huge disappointment and the drinks were poured into the trash. Completely disgusted with Sonic and their poor service at Andover. read more

Had the worst experience at a SONIC today. All of the stalls were full of empty cars except two. It took the ladies 15 minutes to answer to get my order. and the only reason why they answered me is because they heard me start my jeep and pull out to leave. So I went to the drive-through only to find someone in front of me saying "hello hello hello " with no answer from an employee. When I got up to the speaker a cardboard sign let me know that they were cash only and couldn't take my card. So I left and went to the local Dairy Queen where they helped me not only with ordering but got my order in full to me in less than five minutes. Andover Sonic no longer has my business. read more

The food and drinks are as good as it gets here. Perfect Sonic Quality food. But, service at the Andover location is slllllooooooooooooooooooow. 10 Minutes for a Coke when they are not busy is way too long to wait. UPDATE- They have remodeled with a drive-through. If you go through the Drive thru, you get fast quality service and good food everytime. I raise my rating from 2 to 4 stars. read more

whenever I am back home I have to stop by Sonic! It is soooo good and they serve both breakfast and lunch/dinner items all day long. Their burgers are famous but so are their coney chili dogs, limeades, and cheesy tots. The servers still deliver the food to your car on roller skates and you can either eat there in your car or take it home. Prices are low and the taste is high! read more

Super super slow. I come here maybe 1-2 times a week for Happy Hour or for half off shakes at night. This place has great food for very very cheap prices. However the Andover Sonic is SLOW. The last two times I've been: ordered two shakes with two other cars there and waited almost 20 minutes. Second time I went, I ordered two regular slushes, and it took over 10 minutes. read more

Me and my squad pull up to this wretched place and we're just trying to have a nice lovely time when we were immediately bombarded with bad service. The first incident occurred when one of my friends ordered a peanut butter bacon shake with the bacon on the side. The bacon was not included in the order. Then, we ordered a chips ahoy chocolate shake and they brought Oreo, when they were confronted with the issue, the waitress rolled her eyes and was visibly frustrated. She then brought back the correct shake and a lemonade for another customer. From personal experience, the lemonade tasted like straight pool water chlorine. The girl who got the wrong shake originally then proceeded to press the button and ordered a spoon because she was never brought one. When the spoon was brought, we said thank you and she said yep with a frown and an eye roll. We were seated outside on the patio, enjoying our fellowship and they came outside and told us to quiet down! We are literally sitting outside! Also I attend this sonic quite often and it always takes forever. Very frustrated as well as disappointed. Probably will come back but still mad. Also, junebug and moth infestation. Hire an exterminator. read more
