It took better than 10 minutes to order and get to the window. The person in front of me ordered a soft drink and small fries. Once at the window I waited more than 5 minutes to get (2) "shakes". I ordered (2) Lg Strawberry Cheesecake Milkshakes. ($15.99 - Wow). I received what could best be described as (2) reasonably cold Strawberry milks. There was no resemblance to an actual shake. No whipped topping. Both had cherries in the bottom of the cup since they sunk through the milk. They tasted disgusting and we threw them away after drinking less than half. This place was good 15+ years ago and has steadily gone downhill since. It was a little better shortly after the remodel, but it is awful again. Just when I thought this place was improving down it goes. I waited in the drive through for 15 mins just to get the most awful tasting and looking food I have ever gotten from there. I should have opened the box before I drove off. The chicken tenders looked and tasted as if they had been put in and out of the deep fryer about 5-6 times. The Tator Tota were so cold I couldn't even eat them. The Onion Ring was so greasy it was dripping .. Now to top it off, the girl at the drive through had the biggest nastiest looking hicky on her neck and was discussing her previous night with her boyfriend or girlfriend (whoever I dont really know) with the other girl in the window all while I'm sitting there waiting on my food. Ive been to this location a couple times, and its normally decent. Last night I went for the 89 cent jr deluxe burger night and it was the worst. I ordered 5 burgers, sat at the window for 6 minutes waiting on them then went on home. I got home and checked the burgers and they were a mess. Lettuce was flying all over the place in the bag, they were very sloppily put together, and all 4 of my patties were burnt. Oh, didn't I say I ordered 5 burgers? yes, yes I did. Except one of these burgers had no patty on it! Bun, patty, lettuce mayo, bun. Very simple yet we missed a step. Slow, inaccurate, and not worth the money. Placed an online order tonight for the new pickle fries, a cookie dough blast, cinnasnacks, and a large Dr. Pepper. We waited over 15 min for the food and there was no one else in line or parked waiting for food, when the food was brought to the car the bag only contained the cinnasnacks. The pickle fries were missing and the icing for the cinnasnacks wasn't in the bag. The employee was already gone when we realized. We tried to call the phone number listed, the phone number isn't working. We then proceed to drive around to the window. The staff just stare at us looking confused for a few minutes before coming to see if we needed anything. We then explained the situation to be told they are out of pickle fries, which is fine, but they should have at least mentioned it prior to dropping our food off. The employee went and got another co-worker, who we had to repeat the issue to again, she then stated the same thing about the pickle fries but didn't believe that there was no icing in my bag and wanted me to hand her the bag back to prove it. She said she could replace the pickle fries with mozzarella sticks, and went to get them. A gentleman appears, who I assume was a shift leader or manager and basically asks if he could help us. We advised the other lady was supposed to be helping us. He just stared at us confused, so we repeat the issue again for the third time. He gives us the icing and walks off. I took a bite of the sonic blast, the cookie dough wasn't even mixed in, there was one single clump of cookie dough on top and the rest was just vanilla ice cream. We waited for close to 10 more minutes for the mozzarella sticks. By this point the cinnasnacks are cold, the ice cream is melting, and the cashier comes back and asks us to pull up and wait for the mozzarella sticks. I asked if she knew how long that would be as we had already waited quite a while. She said she didn't know. At this point, we didn't even want the food anymore. i do NOT recommend coming here. my friends and i have went here at the minimum 4 times IN A ROW and every single time they said the ice cream machine was down. this last time i even called to check and they told me it was cleaned so, 20 minutes after the call i arrived and they once again said the machine was down. such a disappointment, thought this was sonic not mc donalds. read more

If I could leave I could leave a "no star" review, I would. This was the worst experience with a fast food restaurant that I have ever had. We placed a large online order for Sonic and picked a time for pick up. We arrived later than the time thinking our order would be ready. No! We waited and waited while car after car came and went through the drive thru. After 50 mins since the order was placed, I went to ask how much longer it would be before the order would be ready. I was told very rudely that it was only 2 people working and they were working as fast as they could. I understood, but why were drive thru orders being filled before our order. The lady then told me she just got there and was working on the current orders she had. 1 person had been working the whole time? I waited another 20 minutes and went up to check again. I was accused of yelling when I was only talking through the locked door inquiring again how long it would be before the food was ready. Now, we are at an hour and half since order was placed. She came out ten minutes later with our partial order and shoved it in my arms and she told me she "didn't have time to make our ice cream shakes". Food was missing as well. When I asked about a refund, I was told "if you get your money back, you will get it when you get it". So this Sonic pocketed/ stole the money. Needless to say, the food was cold and old. Fries were burnt. I understand being short staffed, but if you can not deliver your quality expectations then you should close for the night. Called corporate-told that the store will decide if I get a refund. No longer a customer ( loyal for 40+ years in TX)!! Will NEVER go back. read more

I don't know what it is but every time I go to this Sonic, they have the most problems. Don't get me wrong, the servers working there seem to be very friendly, but I think they may need to review their methods. Yesterday, I went there, and they had 3 cars who had to pull up to wait for their food at the drive-thru. We had to wait a considerable amount of time as well. Their credit card machine wasn't working, but we had cash. I got my slushie and it was completely liquid!!! No ice!!! But we just left because there were so many people waiting for food AHEAD of us. This type of thing always seems to happen there... either you have to wait a LOOOONG time or the order is wrong. read more

This Sonic is horrible, they are ALWAYS running out of something or their equipment has malfunctioned. We ordered an Oreo cone that is currently being advertised on 3/26/19 & we were told that they were out of the cones & about 2 weeks prior we went to order some ice cream & were told that the machine was broken, so I guess that the desserts can be classified with the food-not a good choice, every thing that we have ordered that should be hot is cold, ordered a burger & the cheese wasn't melted .....sounds like a call for new management. read more

Absolutely wonderful service from Shamar. I came to get a slush on a hot summer day and he was very helpful in making a customized drink when I wasn't seeing anything on the menu that I liked. He even came back to the car to check on me and make sure I liked it! read more

Don't expect service or food and you will be fine. We pulled up at 12:30 on a Friday and the place was nearly empty--now we know why. We pushed our call button several times to no answer. Thinking it was broken, we went in. The staff continued carrying on their conversations with waiting on customers proving to be a real inconvenience. As we went through our food many items were missing. When we went in to request our missing items we were told it was a 40 minute wait. When we asked for a refund--we were told we had to come back when a manager was present. We are leaving 1 hour after arriving with hungry kids and wondering whether full price admission at this time of day to the zoo is worth it anymore. read more

I have been to this location many times. It is a hit or miss every time. First off, if you are in a hurry ... go somewhere else. The biggest problem other than the speed is the accuracy of your order. You must always check your bag to make sure you have what you ordered. Not just to see if you have a burger and fries, but you must check to see if you have the correct burger. They get it wrong much more often than when they get it right. Would have completely stopped going there long ago but the only other drive thru within a couple of miles is McDonalds. On the plus side, the food is hot and tasty every time. read more

This location used to be pretty good and dependable. Seems like in the last 4-5 months they have had new managers or workers in store. We have been three times in that time hoping things would get better, well today was I think the last time. So we have wait times have been terrible, yes I have a family of 5 but that should not take 25-30 min. The amount of product you receive should be checked. We ordered shakes one night and the cups were half full, really. Today I ordered and while waiting at the window I watched one employee drop a cup lid on the floor and then put it on a cup. I spoke up and said something to the lady at the window, she went over to say something to the other employee, it also looked to be the manager stepped into the conversation. Well then the window lady came back to the window and said ok she replaced the lid, well I know she did not because I watched her the whole time. Then the two employees kept talking and snickering. I do not think it is funny that you are trashing someones food. Are you willing to eat off the floor? Treat others as you wish to be treated. Owners need to make a change and when you do make a sign saying you have changed things, but until I know something has changed I will not be back. It is a shame. read more
