It's basically a cole slaw the owner puts on the hot dogs and fish. Such amazing taste and it works so well on hotdogs and fish. Discovered the truck after a night out at Moon Shiner-z in Burlington. So he's definitely in that parking lot on the weekends sometimes. I don't know if that's the only place he's stationed, but upon doing some research he does events!
