BTW, the staff here is FANTASTIC and cheerful and wonderfully helpful. This isn't a knock against them just the way Panera corporate trains everyone. If I have one comment for staff please put the coffee in the dispensers in the same order every day all day. It is seemingly random how this is done and if you come often you get get used to certain things in certain places and then someone rips the rug out from under you and puts the hot water where the coffee belongs.
