Went there and got a m&m blast and fry's for my granddaughter. Me, a hand-mixed Oreo shake and a smash burger combo. I added a smash burger by its self. Oh, and a large onion ring. So they bright my order out and the extra burger wasn't in there and the extra fry's wasn't in there. I called inside and told them and a girl came out and I showed her my receipt and said, "Does this show 2 burger and 2 fry's" she said oh I'm sorry. Yes, it does. They really messed up your order. I'll go in and let them know. Then she comes back out and says they want the bag. I said "for what? I'm eating mine right now." So I put my burger that I was eating, back in the bag. The girl took it. I waited about 5 min and I pushed the call bottom and asked them if they could bring my burger back. I was very upset! I said I've be here for 25 minutes, my ice creams were melted and I was ready to go! The ,so called, manager came out there and said that the employees didn't know how to read the receipt and I didn't order an extra burger. I did have an order of fry's coming. At this point, I didn't even care about the food. I was boiling. So I said a few nice words to all 3 employees that came out to my car to tell me I didn't order an extra burger, guess she needed backup the thing I would have done if I was a manager is brought my burger back out to me since I had to wait that long for an order of fry's to go with my melted ice cream!! I did stop by and get me some tacos from jack in the box. Much better service there! Too bad there's not zero stars. It won't let you submit that. read more

i don't even want to give this place a 1 star i was stopping by one afternoon with my children and the girl who bought our food was extremely rude! she had a whole attitude the whole time and then my order was wrong! so i kindly asked her if she could let someone know so i can get the right order or a refund but she abruptly declined my request and threw me my food! i asked for no mushrooms or onions on one of the items because one of my kids are severely allergic! and i expressed that to her but again she ignored me and continued to give me HORRIBLE customer service!! I was able to get her badge name and her name was Kylee the girl with a lazy eye . i will be speaking with corporate discussing this situation and i will not be returning. thank you for almost putting my kids life in danger and having horrible employees. read more

I ordered a drink in the drive thru, and it took every bit of 20 minutes with only one car ahead of me. No sense of urgency at all!!! Horrible service, they caught an attitude about our order. After confirming our order they still didn't include more than 6 things we paid for. I was drinking and I about choked on a cherry stem, I had a dr. Pepper no idea why They would add cherry stem. Other visits have been horrible, they ignored us while they were standing by the window and talking. I get that you can get busy but at least pay attention to what is going into your customers orders and don't give attitude when we are confirming that you did get everything we ordered. read more

Pulled into the bay to order my food first thing I noticed was the screen wasn't working next thing was the speaker looked like it was a 60 or 70s model. Started ordering my food and from the start rudeness, no other way to say it but if you hate your job or people that bad then taking someone's order isn't for you. The food was typical Sonic food my drink was watered down and hardly any ice. The only good thing was the car hop was friendly and Sonic professional. Ordered the foot long coney, ended up with food poisoning. I called just to let them know they need to check the dogs and chili. The employee asked if I wanted to speak to a manager I stated I just wanted to let them know there is a issue with the food, she then was done talking and cut me off and said have a good day. This place isn't that bad compared to the sonic's I've lived near by in the city. Tater tots, burgers, and Cherry Coke is what I usually come for a couple of times a month. Servers are all usually really nice and I always try to leave a cash tip. My only complaint is that I wish they would consistently put cherries in my cherry coke. It's always a gamble when I get home and finish my drink looking for the cherry but lately it just haven't been happening. read more

Went to order at the drive thru it was not bussy I was the only car at the drive thru line and their was maybe two cars parked in the stalls and the lady on the other side had a big time ATTITUDE problem! Each time I said what I wanted she would cut me off and ask what size? Is that all? And I would have to end up repeting myself over and over again! Even tho I love the food I will not go there again because the customer service is REALLY BAD!! I would rather drive the 15 minutes to Splendora than pay for meal at a place where I as a customer am not appreciated or taken care of! I did call in and spoke to the manager (Jose) he was great as I told him I am not looking for no refund or freebie All i want is for him to be aware of the quality of customer service that his employees are giving to the customer. Sonic is sonic. I asked for two hotdogs and my wife wanted a small cheeseburger with some jalapenos on it. She didn't want any onions on it. We got home and she asked if I checked her burger to make sure it was done right. I hung my head and said nope but I repeated the order to them twice and they repeated it back so how bad could it be. She looked at me and shook her head then opened her bag and looked. She said, "you have to go back I don't want a double burger with onions." I pulled one of the patties off and tried to remove the onions off the best I could. My hot dogs were just fine. I don't know when we'll ever eat here again as she wasn't too thrilled with her order. Her chili fries were good though so she might want to go back for those. I just need to remember to check the order here before I leave. I should have asked though as the price was a bit higher than it should have been. What can I say, going here was an OOPS. read more
