This location needs immediate attention from corporate. Since the change in ownership, management has become extremely unprofessional and openly rude. There's a clear lack of accountability, and concerns are ignored instead of addressed. Even more alarming, there appears to be an ongoing roach issue inside the building that has not been properly handled. For a food establishment, that raises serious health and safety concerns. I strongly encourage corporate or the appropriate health authorities to inspect this location. Until then, I would not recommend eating here. read more

The food was good, hot, and the drink was made well (got a lot of mix ins). That, and the staff and service was good and polite.

Only thing fresh was my freshly poured drink, placed our order for 2 burger meals, 1 steak sandwich meal and 1 crispy chicken meal, should have known it was going to be bad when it came out in like 5 min, food was cold except the onion rings, looked like someone smooshed my kids cheeseburger, my steak sandwich was cold and Hard, I mean like it could break a window, it wasn't burnt but I'm pretty sure it had been sitting out for probably the whole day, guess I'll keep to drinks and no food at this location!!! read more

Was treated extremely disrespectfully by an employee. First, she did not listen to the full length of my order and just went ahead and put in 1 drink. I thought there was a mishap, so I press the button again. I tell the girl that I think the system must have cutoff while I was ordering, and she replied with a rude tone in her voice "you just said you wanted a Dr Pepper" I kindly corrected and said "yes but I wasn't done ordering." "Well then what else do you want?" She replies. "Actually I'm just not sure if I want to order anymore, sorry," I say. She replies with a scoff and ends the call. So I press the button again to ask her if there was a problem and what I did to get this sort of service. "You said you wanted a drink, so I put that in, I don't know why else you expect." Hangs up. So I call the store to try to speak to a manager. A girl picks up the phone and in the middle of explaining to her what happened, she hangs up on me. It was the same girl. I try to call back. The phone is not available. So I call one last time and finally speak to a manager about the incident. "Sorry about that" he says. Great fuckin service Sonic, great. read more

Meal kits? I don't usually go for fast food unless I am traveling. Unfortunately going to do a bit more now that I am retired. Anyway, most places I do visit consider a meal a minimum of main dish a side and a drink. Had to get used to Sonics drink not being part of the meal. Only time I got annoyed about it is when they didn't ask what I wanted to drink and I forgot to order one. My fault there but hey, only thing lost on them was the money lost for the usually cup full of ice. So the positive. Always loved the tater tots and cherry limeades. Still good at all locations I visited. I normally get the chicken with it since I found their burgers lacking and unpredictable from location to location. Chicken is nothing to rave about but good enough. Last complaint: for a drive in. I find it hard to believe they cannot send out at least one napkin without asking. Really!?!?! read more

Its hit or miss at best. Better in the afternoon. Dodgy in the morning. I went there for my usual Bacon, egg, cheese burrito and large iced coffee. I got a hot tortilla, 1 strip of bacon and cheese and a iced coffee with some weird globular slime in the bottom. Plus attitude from some lady that looked like she had a rough night and no morning shower. This was the height of the Covid and I had patients to see so I just stopped at another Sonic off exit 94, threw it away and ordered new. read more

They forgot to give me my 24 piece wings on a rather large order, no big deal I went all the home and turned around and came back. When I got there the employee who took my order immediately recognized the mistake and handled it with extreme politeness. The night shift has never messed up an order till then. They even made me fresh wings which were great. With a complementary milkshake which was also great. Definitely better than the jack in a box across the street. :/ Mistakes happen but fixing them properly rarely ever happens. read more

I stopped at sonic drive-through today at 3:54 PM I ordered a honey barbecue six piece combo with a medium cat and a medium sweet tea and when I got home at 4:05 by time I got home which is 10 minutes my tater tats we're still really hot but my honey barbecue wings were bone cold I had put them in the microwave for a minute to get them hot enough to eat they were old they were dry they were nasty and when they brought my order outThe tater tot's were in a bag back my wings were in a hotdog container not in a bag really I went to the drive-through you think they put it in a bag so I only had to carry two things instead of three into my house. I doubt I will ever return to that one because this is not the first time I've had bad things from this restaurant. read more

Brand new and the screen to place and pay for orders is great. I wish an atm was that fast. All my basics were bangin' - New York Dog and Footlong Chili Cheese Coney - check. (Sonic only sells kosher beef hotdogs now.) Onion rings, Sonic Burger and banana shake - check check check. There was a mixup with our order so someone's tater tots were missing in action but he survived. I can't get the hang of having a lane where you drive up, say your order into a microphone and pull up so they can bring you your food. Why? The concept of Sonic seems pretty straightforward to me, but I - yes, I did - grew up in a town where you really did cruise a drive-in to see who else was there and lean on your car munching. Not much fun doing it in a drive thru format, but ok. Anyway, this is a good one and perfectly situated on two-lane 105 between Conroe and Cut n Shoot. All the feels. read more

Stopped in on Sunday Morning to get a couple of drinks on the way to the farm. After sitting at the drive thru speaker for about 5 minutes I proceded up to the window, where I sat for another 5 minutes or so. Gave a honk and wave and after a few more minutes the usually cheerful Manny came out with his hard attitude in place. Said if I wanted to order I needed to go to a stall. He would not take the order, and didn't seem to care or want to be there. My only regret is telling him to go F himself after his refusal to take our order. Not the first incident I have had at this sonic, but will be the last as we will not return. read more

I have always had a good experience and the food is normal for a sonic. The servers work hard in the heat and cold so I am sure to give them a decent tip for them doing the job regardless of the food, they don't cook it they just bring it to you. read more

Service sucks, the employees are RUDE and disrespectful. My order was messed up and I didn't know till I was almost home. I turned around and went back to get my order fixed and instead asked for my money back. The "Owner" told me NO and continued to tell me I was wrong. Still refusing to give me my money for my whole order only gave me $5 for the burger and it came out of his pocket. I will NEVER eat at this location again. This place has given me the worst experience sonic has ever given me. As a former employee of a Sonic drive in, I know for a fact it should be the customer is always right!
