I want to be fair: our dog did jump up on the server at one point, which is on us, and we take full responsibility for that. However, the unwelcoming tone was already established well before that happened. When our food arrived, my pulled pork nachos were cold; the pork, cheese, and chili all felt like they came straight from the refrigerator. When I mentioned it to our server, she immediately grabbed the plate, said she'd take it off the bill, and returned two minutes later with our check. There was no offer to replace the dish or make it right in any other way. The location and patio have potential, but the service and food quality fell well short of what we were hoping for.
