We saw this rude female employee throw a drink on this lady for asking her not to be rude to her. The employee was rude from the start, you could tell she had an attitude and was hostile. After throwing the drink the manager (I think) held the employee back but didn't do anything for the woman that had her drink thrown on her. Then we find out on fit fam that the manager isn't giving the woman the employees name, it's disgusting to treat someone like that just because you're having a bad day or don't like your job. And it's equally as disgusting as a manager to allow that to happen and withhold the information no matter how old the employee is. Will never come to this location again. I'll drive further for a better sonic. read more

IF I COULD LEAVE A ZERO I WOULD! my tia went today and ordered two drinks and from the VERY start the employee (which was a young lady) who was taking her order had an attitude . the employee could not hear her and had my Tia repeat the order three times, which was ONLY TWO DRINKS. When my Tia got to the window to pay, the employee snatched her card from her and slammed the window . When the employee came back to hand her the drinks, one of the drinks were incorrect, so my Tia let her know and told the employee she did not need to have an attitude. The employee came back, took the wrong drink back and practically threw the correct drink to my Tia . So my Tia tried to catch it and ended up crushing the cup a little on the side to keep in from falling in her car. Thats when the employee took the original incorrect drink and THREW IT AT HER! ALL OVER HER CAR , INSIDE AND OUT, IN MY TIA'S FACE , EVERYWHERE! My tia threw back what was left of the drink, AS THE MANAGER WAS HOLDING THE EMPLOYEE BACK FROM ANY FUTHER ASSAULT TO HAPPEN TO MY TIA! she took off because she was scared and COVERED completely in the drink. We called Sonic and spoke to assistant manager Josue, and the MAIN MANAGER, said they could not give us the name of the employee who threw the drink and said she was already let go , however we need the information of that young lady to continue pressing charges. We already spoke with corporation, we filed a police report, and corporate said they are already investigating the situation. we are not going to let this go , These managers are trying to protect this employee even though, THEIR EMPLOYEE ASSAULTED MY TIA! I went to get some food and the service is so bad as they had cars waiting to order and took forever. I asked the person why does it always take long to order and get your food and I only saw him and another person working and I asked him if they are the only ones working and he said yes. I told him they need more help and I was going to complain and he said good luck as they have complained and the corporation said they don't have the money, so then why have a business if you can't afford workers, especially at the prices they charge and you have to pay. I ask ed about military discount and they said no, I asked about senior citizen discount and they said no. This is a military base area and they are so cheap. I went to Store #3256 in El Paso, TX last night and waited for 45 minutes and NEVER received my order. The kids working couldn't keep up with the orders. They literally told people to park and wait to get orders. Cars were driving around the store waiting for their orders. The manager locked the door and refused to speak to anyone. I called the store today to complain and they kept hanging up on me. I'm diabetic and waiting 45 minutes on food is unacceptable. I will NEVER go to this location again! read more

Wanted something to quench this thirst tonight and so we decided sonic was the closest thing. We started out in the drive thru line but it was taking forever. We go on to park in one of the kiosk things and we were ready to order. We press the button like 345656356 times and for some reason it sounded like they kept hanging up on us inside. We keep pressing the order button and now finally an employee picks up, grouchy. She takes our order and so we sit and wait patiently for our stuff.. Our order consisted of one strawberry limeade, one watermelon limeade, and a banana split. We get our stuff rather quickly and I start to sippp on my strawberry limeade. The banana split was for the hubs and yuck it looked disgusting. It looked as if they had just randomly mixed everything together. Who wants a coney....I DO!! For being the health nut that I am I was introduced to a coney and now I love them. It's pretty rare that I even go to sonic but when I do, I would love for my order to be correct. Let's start with they were having some difficulties with their speaker system. So we were about to leave because the drive thru and the car hop speakers weren't working. Fast forward about 3-4mins a lady came out and apologized that their speakers weren't working, so she took our order on a piece of paper and told us she was going to go in and place it on the screen. We ordered a coney and I ask to add relish and onions (which they charged me .50 extra for..and didn't even mention) with a cherry limeade (had a coupon to get for free, a number 14 which is a breakfast burrito meal and a strawberry lemonade. The wait for the food was pretty short. Once we look over our food, the breakfast burrito was incorrect even though they had asked twice to see the one that he wanted. The coney was perfect, just as I asked. The cherry limeade was really strong meaning it tasted as it was filled with a good amount of soda. I wasn't a big fan at all. They are running a transformer promotion for free items when you receive a coupon sticker. So look out for that. All in all the visit was decent. They seem like they were willing to make things right and apologize when things weren't. I wouldn't say it's the worst sonic but it's truly not the best. Okay, the food and service as this location is standard. Their friendly enough and make the food accurately. Why I give it a low rating, sadly, the customers. It's always so packed, and the customers block open spaces by sitting in them and don't move even when they see you! I love music, but not when 7 different vehicles are blasting different songs! Ordered tots with our meal and got fries. Gave guy $3 tip and asked for tots. He came back to point out that we did not catch it on the screen when ordering so it's our fault and would have to pay for the tots. After we give him a $3 tip on a $10 takeout order? This sonic is the worst one ever, can't get a simple order right, even when you tell them 3 times.

Great place for milkshake or slushie. Love the half price drink happy hour between 2-4 everyday.
