I have two complaints and they are connected. Earlier I stated that I asked for a side of BBQ sauce since I do not like ranch dressing. That was provided however no mention that it was at an additional charge. All you have to be upfront and say there is an additional charge for your request. I can then decide if I want that item and what the charge is. Since neither were provided, I was surprised to see it on my bill. I did not question the charge, it was just deleted from the tip. I will probably return however this is a teaching moment, if you are going to charge extra for a client's request, tell them you are and what the charge is. If not for this issue, my rating would have been higher.

It's tasty; it's large; and it comes with a slice of their Million Dollar Bacon, which is intentionally not crispy but has a wonderful texture and sweet-n-spicy flavor coming from black pepper, cayenne, brown sugar and syrup. There's often a wait for a table and it took awhile for our server to arrive once we were seated but he provided top notch service, for sure! My wife especially loved the ambiance. It was bright and cheerful, and the large windows on the far side is the bar were open, which reminded us of Orange County.
