Just keep driving. Every lady here has an attitude like you owe them something. They can't figure out that when one asks for no mustard, pickle, or tomato, it probably means that one doesn't want it on their burger, and when I ask to verify and it still gets messed up, that I might not believe they need $15/hr for the work. Ordered an Ultimate Meat & Cheese Breakfast Burrito and Ched R Peppers w/ ranch sauce for lunch. I waited over 30 minutes to receive my food. After receiving my food the Ched R Peppers were cold and I didn't receive the ranch sauce. Very disappointed! Not much I can say. I am always disappointed here whether its a broken cup or watered down gravy. They don't know what extreme tots or frito pies are. I use to work at a sonic and know a lot of the original drink combinations and whenever I order one they have no idea ehat I'm talking about. Management needs to step it up and train the crew a little more. I'm glad I'm going back home soon time for some real sonic. read more

Don't get me wrong we love sonic and there food is pretty good for fast food...BUT I've gone twice in the last month through the drive thru and we I pull up near the window I've seen my shakes sitting on the counter and wait anywhere from 10-20for my food and shakes to come out. By that time my shakes are completely melted and I have a 10min drive home! I've pulled up to a the pull up and have had my shakes and food come out so thick you can't even drink it through a straw! So when I talked to the manager I said why are my shakes not made when I food almost done and he said they don't do it that way that someone makes the shake when others are working on the food! This is the WORST establishment I've ever been to in my life. We ordered two slushees that's it and paid at the pull in service area, waiting 20 MINUTES when it said someone was on the way over before I got out of the car to go up to the front where the girl proceeded to give me a dazed look like I didn't pay for my order or something where she then went inside and there were about a solid 15 people working in there when it wasn't even busy. It's not even the concept of them being lazy and just clicking out of orders they clearly didn't make, it's the fact that it takes 15 people to collectively make 2 slushees and then stare at you through the window when you come up wondering where your order is. Oh and they gave us the wrong size for each drink ordered on top of that. Do not recommend to anyone unless you want to spend about a good hour waiting for a drink. read more

My husband and I love sonic, this location though is kind of a hit or miss. We've been and the food is good and the drinks are good, but then again we've been and my drink was messed up then when they brought it back they didn't even mix it up! I had gotten a frozen strawberry lemonade, first drink wasn't frozen second drink I take a big sip and it's just plain sour!! I wanted to throw up and I was livid. My husband mixed it up more and it was okay. But they were not busy and there should have been no excuse for that. I've worked in fast food, I'm a server so I know things can get hectic. But when little things happen repeatedly it gets old and loses them customers. read more

Stopped by about 9:15pm on April 4th. There was one car at the drive through and one parked. I placed my order, and waited, and waited and waited (I ordered their version of a Blizzard- that's all). Not being very familiar with Sonics, I put my card in the reader, but nothing happened, so I waited a little more. In the meantime, 3 employees were busy cleaning - hosing down the floor and washing windows. One man sat inside and was on the phone the entire time I waited. I finally assumed that I wasn't going to be served, and left. I probably waited 12-15 minutes. Today, I checked my bank account and found that my card HAD been charged, even though I didn't receive my drink and I never saw any acknowledgement that my card had been charged. REALLY POOR SERVICE and now I have to go get my money back. That will be the last time you see me at any Sonic. read more
