The server Tashly, did an amazing job with bringing my food out in a fast and timely manner. The quality of the $5 Sonic Boom Box meal was highly quality and fresh. The only thing that stopped them from receiving a full 5 stars is that their ice cream shake machine is down. If the ice cream machine was not down I would have provided a full five stars. Wait time was only 5 minutes because I order the $5 Dollar Box meal which is really good! read more

Eh. I visited here during HH and they are absolutely miserable. They were out of limeades and didn't tell us until after we ordered and paid. They wanted us to change to other drinks but we went ahead and asked for a refund. I didn't want anything else. They then gave us our food order with an item missing. The lady at the window was rude and disgusted from the refund to the incorrect order. Please give Tanesha an off day, she's obviously in need of one. read more

I go to sonic often Mostly for slushees and the customer service usually isn't great and I would rate it 2 stars but today at around 3pm I went and a young gentle men brought me a slushy with the proper greeting of the day and all though he was wearing a mask I could tell he had a smile on his face. I pressed the red button to get a sonic worker through the speaker & I asked for his name The young mans name is Josh, like I said I go to sonic quite often and it was my first time seeing this young man. I've worked in customer service for many years and little things Mr.Josh did make all the difference in a customers/guests day. read more

The absolute worst Sonic I have ever been to. Not only did I wait 30 minutes for my order, but when I pressed the button to ask about the wait time, no one answered (I pressed the button again, same thing). Carhops were chatting with their friends instead of doing their job. On top of that, when I finally did get my order, the carhop just handed me the bag. No apology for the wait, nothing. The service is terrible, they close when they want to. As a customer who goes to sonic 6 to 8 times a week should have been treated with a little more respect than what I just experienced. This happened to me on 10/24/2019 pulled into stall number 6 at 9:45pm. Pushed button and waited as the screen said. Sat in the stall 15min then went through drive through. When I pulled into drive thru that's when an employee came to say that they're close. The point of closing early I'm not talking about, it's the fact that I waited as a normal customer for 15min and nobody said anything to me or even acknowledged my presence. This hasn't been be the first time this has happened. It's happened twice before therefore three times. How many chances do you have to give before it gets right. But due to the incompetence of this location imI'm never going to this location again. I wasted my 30min lunch break to not get anything. This is the only Sonic close enough for me to get to during my lunch break so I have had the misfortune of trying to eat at this sonic many times. Sonic is the only place with drink options other than soda so I like to go there. It ALWAYS takes me 30-45 minutes to get through the drive through and there is only ever 2 or 3 cars ahead of me. (I've tried the parking spots too received the wrong order once, they weren't able to process my card for no reason another time) Today when I pulled up to the speaker they told me "Hold on" unsurprised I said okay and waited. 5 minutes later I said something because they had not gotten back to me. No response. Waited another 5 minutes and started saying "hey you gotta line forming behind me can you take my order". No response. Finally, I pulled up to the window and said "Can I please place my order, you guys never got back to me" They took it, then a few minutes later finally told me their drink machine was broken and they were only able to serve sweet/unsweet tea. The manager was right there and said nothing to me. I left with no food and no apology. I will not go there again. Horrible Horrible Horrible sonic.
