One of the few that do t have the drive up order stations. You can go inside and eat or use the drive thru. Staff is real.. And not in a bad way.. They are friendly but do speak their mind. Hairy Burritos are this location's specialty. I will stop by here occasionally on my way to work to pick up a breakfast burrito which I take to the office and smother with hot sauce. The last burrito I ordered had a nasty hair inside it when I opened it up to add my sauce. Since the burrito hair was 3" and black, and my hair is 18" and red, I know it wasn't something I could have accidently transfered when I opened it up. I was going to call the restaurant but realized they did not include a receipt with my purchase either and I was too busy to go look up the number at work. So, it's now a few days later and I'm still icked out (and even though I didn't eat the hairy burrito, I still get the Phantom hair in my throat thinking about it) so I figured I'd do the world a service and let other yelpers know about the substandard cleanliness of this location. Just stopped in for a drink. How strange it looked to find a Sonic Drive-In without any car-hops. If I want walk-in or drive-thru service I have a lot of other options. The car service was the only thing that ever set Sonic apart so this location isn't high on my return to list. read more

I usually love, love sonic! They have the best drinks around and the corndogs are a huge guilty pleasure of mine. But today I went to this location and not only did they completely botch my order but it took 25 minutes, in a drive thru to get my order. The drive thru attendant, Ryan, looked like he had about an hour of sleep, and gave me attitude when I asked about my order. Finally he gave me half of my order complete w a squirt of ketchup in a cup. Seriously? Soooo disappointed! I will never go back to this location. read more

The worst service I have ever experienced at a sonic! I have never met such an unprofessional and rude staff ever. Where do I begin? The staff was very rude to all the customers. I was there today and waited 10mins for a damn drink, A DRINK!!!! Three cars were in front of me ordering food, ice cream cones and sonic blasts. I honestly never had Sonic before moving to Texas but heard it was great. We did have Sonic in California but no where close to anywhere I ever lived or worked. I love the shaved ice in the soda's. I often go just for a drink. As far as food they have great burgers. So why the 2 star review??? This place is not consistent. Ordered a cookie dough milkshake and instead received a peanut butter shake. I took a sip, and it tasted odd but since I'm ALLERGIC TO PEANUTS and never tasted it before, I didn't realize right away. This has to be one of the worst sonics I've been to. My order is always wrong. I mean how hard is it to make a sweet tea. One night they were out of sweet tea so I had to wait. This sonic is horrible. If I could give it zero stars I would. I ordered using the App. I ordered a cheese tot, corn dog, and a mini Reece's blast. I get to the store and they said there soft serve is down and they can't fix me a sonic blast but order a shake instead. I don't like shakes. I like blasts that's why I ordered it. I asked if I could replace it with something else and then she rudely asked me what would I like. I asked if I could get cheddar peppers instead. Then no one said anything. I waited a couple of minutes still no answer so I went to the window and sat their for another five minutes no one opened the window. Finally someone did, and handed me a bag with just the cheddar peppers. I asked where the rest of my order was. They asked if I ordered ahead and I said yes but I also ordered a corn dog and a cheese tot. First and last time visit to this sonic. Since it is a new concept for Sonic, I think that they should drop the in house dinning. It is much better and food is hot when you go to the real sonic drive in. My friend and I had All American Hog dogs, Onion Ring, Tater Tots and a drink - the food was cool! My friends meal was a dollar cheaper than mine, and when I questioned it the girl at the counter told me that it was because of the Onion Rings - we were offered fries, tater tots, or onion rings when we place our order and no mention at that time were we told the onion rings would be more and no place on the menu was it indicated either! I think that when the onion rings were ordered we should have been informed that they would be a $1.00 more that is only good customer service. Then when we were sitting there eating an girl came out and mopped up the floor!! Even though we were the only two in there eating, that should not take place when there are customers! The floor is slate and it is slippery when wet and someone could fall and be hurt. The place for it being fairly new was in bad shape, scraps on the walls, not very clean looking and really kind of drab! I go to the drive in Sonic close to me and it is always nice and good hot food, so as stated at the start, I don't think I will ever try another drive in sonic with an inside seating area. read more
