I was looking for a vegetarian pho, which is hard to find with actual vegetable broth, and came across Daily Bep. I called to check if they had it and they did. I ordered the vegetable pho, and it was really well-flavored, not too salty or bland. Service was fast, and they checked on us to make sure we were enjoying our food. It's a small, warm, cozy place, and I would definitely go back. I also asked about their name, they said "Bep" means kitchen in Vietnamese. The veggie broth is made fresh every day, and they sometimes run out, so it's a good idea to call ahead to make sure they have it. read more

This is my FAVORITE viet spot now. Amazing food and hits the spot. The staff here are very kind and courteous making it a better experience. The restaurant is also kept clean and the design is homey. For the food, I love their pork banh mi. It's absolutely delicious. The pork is cooked perfectly and the sauce that accompanies it is delicious and flavorful. The textures are great with this sandwich too with the bread having a good crunch. The chicken pho is filling and hearty. I enjoyed it especially considering it uses a leaner cut of meat. The beef pho also has a delicious flavor and paired with the udon the textures fit well together. The pho is a 9/10 and the banh mi is a 10. read more

Let me start with my first impressions - This is quite possibly the cleanest restaurant I have ever been in!! Absolutely sparkling and spotless. The family owners are the most kind, sincere people I have met in a very long time - they made us feel like family from the very first visit!!! The food is beyond description - The egg rolls are very simply the best we have ever had - ANYWHERE! We love the sweet sauce with a little kick of red pepper, but the fish sauce was the real surprise - a savory alternative that was marvelous. At the risk of being redundant, the Pho was absolutely the best we have ever had!!! The broth is heavenly tasteful, the shrimp are the epitome of "jumbo" - perfectly cleaned and juicy - and are at least two-bites apiece. The fresh basil, bean spouts, jalapenos and lime are perfect compliments to an already perfect dish. It is quite evident that all the ingredients are curated by people who are very proud of their offerings. In a very short time, they have earned a "twice weekly" place in our rotation. Fantastic pho restaurant with super friendly staff and delicious Vietnamese dishes. To start this place is very clean, which is always a plus in my book. Now for the dishes. The pho tastes homemade with delicious bone broth that you can really taste the flavor. The ice tea here is the jasmine type which is my favorite. The shrimp spring rolls are great. Their homemade peanut sauce is on point. Oh and the chicken wings were delicious, and highly recommended! The service itself was amazing and the owners were very nice and attentive. OMG! Finally a place that actually tastes good and is Vietnamese. I been looking for homemade taste for a while. The pho was phenomenal!!! Honestly everything we had was. How could it be good? easy...the owners spent many years in New Orleans and were paying attention. they clearly know what they are doing....it was so good, but only available on Friday and Saturday. Be sure to check upfront they're have it if that is all you want. Alternatively the Shrimp Po'Boy is mouth-watering good. Vegetable egg rolls are worth a try also. the restaurant is a small gem. family owned and run, friendly and helpful service, sparkling bright and cheery...we need to return to try more traditional offerings soon! read more

I'm always hesitant to try ethnic food in DFW because frankly so much of it is really disappointing (at least to anyone who has lived in a big city outside of DFW), but this new spot in Colleyville is a pleasant surprise! Very good! Ordered spring rolls, a bahn mi sandwich, and steak vermicelli bowl for $31 with tax - not bad! Clean restaurant, clean bathroom, cute little tables. Exceptional service. 5 stars for the customer service! Looks like a family run business, greeted us and came to chat with us! We had pho 7/10 - portion could be a bit bigger but the flavor was good and authentic. Noodles were soft, not sure if it was homemade noodles. But they are different texture than most establishments! Rice plate with beef, chicken and egg-rolls - 8/10 was really impressed with the egg-rolls and the presentation was great! Lychee fruit drink was so refreshing on a hot summer day! The owners are a sweet Vietnamese couple, trying to bring authentic Vietnamese food to the local area. Daily Bep owners used to own Daily Pho in Grapevine! I already know the food is going to be bussin(really good)!! Their pho has to be the best in the Fort Worth area. It is not super heavy and fatty, but very light and flavorful. This time around I tried out the lemon pepper wings and the grilled steak banh mi. The lemon pepper wings were like a grilled/baked wings with lemon pepper seasonings on it. The skin was crispy and meat was super juicy! I'm not a huge fan of veggies, so getting a banh mi is always a hit or miss for me. Most places wouldn't even bother to fill up the banh mi. Let me tell you, Daily Bep is not stingy! My steak banh mi was stuffed with thinly sliced beef, similar to a Philly steak. The thai tea is a 5/5! It is water downed by milk and not too overly sweet. The ambiance is to die for. It gives off a comfy, modernize vibe. I wish there was a bookstore near by, because this is a cool place to bring a book while enjoying some delicious Vietnamese food. If you have any questions about the cuisine, please don't be shy to ask. The counter girl, Quynh, was super sweet and informative. Honestly, everyone was extremely welcoming. Both the pho and rice noodle bowl , bunh , were delicious, and though the spring rolls took quite a bit of time to make. They were quite tasty with the peanut sauce.
