Staff was friendly as well. What keeps it from 5 stars is the burger could've been dressed better, or more visually appealing. The seasoning on the Spicy fries was not evenly separated, just stuck in one spot. A member or two of their staff was being evaluated at a table right by the entrance, making it easy for everyone to hear the evaluations. Writing this as a review for dining in. Unexpected yet pleasant experience! We were immediately greeted by the general manager, Dylan, who asked us if we needed anything before ordering. There are kiosks you can input your order into, then you take a number and sit at a table. It took a while to receive our food (15-20 minutes), but it wasn't a huge deal. At first, they did get my order slightly wrong, but I was compensated and it was quickly fixed without issues! The burgers and fries were delicious, and the shakes were nice and cold. I thought the silver lining here would be that our food would be hot hot (if the kitchen turnover was so "busy") - well, after a total of 24 mins of waiting (I checked the receipt time for accuracy) our food finally arrived. Fries were barely warm. Just GRR, when I treat myself to this kind of meal I want to truly enjoy it. The burger was fine, I didn't really taste the "North Carolina" mustard or the fried pickes. I personally do not understand Shake Shack. The order experience after dealing with the awful app was great, just go in and grab and go! It was overall alright, $5.69 for a single, it felt too light to me and was overpriced. The onions were too strong when bitten and there was not enough sauce. The cheese frys, I guess its done that way to preserve freshness, but I do not like the way it was all packed separate and is wasteful. The cheese sauce was VERY great tho it was strong and cheesey, if I had more it would go great dippin a little for the burger. We had a gingerbread smoothie, Christmas cookie and one of their original flavors strawberry. Christmas cookie, threw away, normally finish my food but this one was a fail along with the gingerbread one (we did finish). They were both too liquid. I wasn't complaining... but they were really small. $6.49 for a burger was mildly disappointing, but hey - it was free. The burger itself tasted great. I went once when they first opened and I overlooked how long it takes to get food (when not busy) I came back today after months and they still take forever. I guess not?? We ordered a Shakeburger, Crinkle Fries, Black & White Shake, Coffee Shake, and the new Chick'n Bites w/ShakeSauce. The burger was good, tasted like how we remembered. Crinkle Fries didn't taste fresh...The Shakes weren't as good. And don't get the Chick'n Bites, didn't taste good. Wasn't worth it. The worst part was the Shack Sauce. Yummy, my wife and I have been meaning to stop in for a long time. She needed to run by her office to pick up a Christmas present so we'd be in the area and it was lunchtime. For curbside pickup my wife ordered a Smoke Shack and I ordered a Link Burger, a Shack burger topped with Pecan Lodge's Homemade Jalapeño Sausage. We decided a share an order of crinkle cut fries. My wife opted for a chocolate shake and I ordered one of their seasonal Winter Citrusade. It is a mixture of key lime juice, blood orange juice and Shake Shack's in-house made lemonade. The burgers were awesome. The jalapeño sausage was perfectly spiced just the way I liked it. Both of our burgers were really good and the fries were served piping hot. What we liked about the burgers were that they were not huge, regular sized burgers. They reminded us of what we'd cook at home. My Winter Citrusade was SO delicious. We'll definitely stop in again real soon and take advantage of curbside delivery until COVID-19 gets under control and we feel safer dining out. Went here last Saturday for their friends and family grand opening and my mom and I had such an awesome time! When we arrived we were warmly greeted by one of their employees and guided to their kiosks. One of the other employees told us to pick whatever we wanted as long as we made a donation to the children's charity that they were sponsoring. I got my mouth all ready for a chili cheese dog and found out that they do not have them, so instead I got their crispy chicken sandwich. My mom and I shared an order of their fries and she got their double cheeseburger. For dessert I got their apple pie custard. Our order came out pipping hot. The chicken sandwich was super crispy and still had tons of chicken that was light, flaky, and juicy! I loved that it was topped with crisp lettuce and a mayo aioli sauce. Everything came together so well and was so yummy. I took a bite of my mom's burger and it was just delicious!! I am not a huge burger eater, but I would order this burger! The french fries were super crisp and lightly salted. I am so glad that we decided to share the fries as they give you a good amount! I was not expecting the apple pie custard to actually have a piece of pie in it, but it did! It was not super sweet and was oh so good. I could not finish it so I took it with me and it made an awesome dessert over a couple of days! I definitely plan to come back and get another chicken sandwich. For the future I would suggest that they have a numbering system or some way to call out people's orders once they are ready as they were having some trouble getting people their orders. The dude behind the counter had a super soft voice, so you could barely hear him. The food was great, I have no complaints. Kinda pricey but everything is expensive these days. My complaint is the customer service, the cashier (the large lady in the front) was quite rude. I'm very big on customer service and have never had a problem tipping. When we got to the counter, she didn't say not one word, not even hello, can I help you, nothing. I had placed a rather large order in the app. (7 burgers, chicken bites, 2 shakes, 3 fries) I did encounter a slight issue with picking up the order however. After notating that I've checked into my curbside spot, a shake shack employee promptly handed me my order. I've asked him to confirm that everything he handed me was the complete order and he confirmed it was. After arriving back at home, me and my family of 6 that I ordered for discovered that the three fries were not present. I called the store and was able to get in touch with the manager Rudy. He told me that I would be compensated for the missing fries and can stop by the store and pick up the three fries free of charge. So I went back to the store, Rudy wasn't available but Obed was. I explained my situation to him and he did provide the three fries orders as well as coupons for free fries for future orders. I wasn't refunded for the missing fries like I was initially told, but after getting the coupons, I figure it wasn't worth the hassle to bug further.
