They gave me the wrong burger 2 times in a row. I ordered online ordered what I wanted received a different burger went back up there to get it replaced they lost my receipt after I handed it to them to get the right burger they returned with another burger with the same things wrong with it i had to explain to them EXACTLY what I wanted on it then waited another 15 min for them to come out with the right burger I will not be goin back here idk what's happened with this spot lately but it is not up to par that's for sure!!!! read more

Absolutely terrible. Wait took forever, orders were wrong, and I got FOOD POISONING. They need all new servers, every black girl there was stuck on their phone - Like zero shame. They had one small white girl that was reasonable and doing her part while training a young man. Props to her, but that kitchen needs to be shut down and deep cleaned. read more

Second week in a row I ordered a cheeseburger, and both times the meat was cold. When I told the manager, she said the reason the food was cold was because she was short on wait staff. I couldn't believe any body with half a brain would say that. Being short on waitstaff means it takes longer to get your food than normally. It has zero to do with the food being cold. And that was the manager no less. The only way food being cold is on the waitstaff would be if it was cooked and sat there for an hour before it was brought out. It took 15 minutes to order and have it delivered. The manager should have just apologized and remade the sandwich, but she chose to escalate the words. What kind of a manager gets confrontational with a customer instead of just apologizing? A little management training on the art of customer service might do her some good. read more

HORRIBLE! I waited for 20 minutes on 3 items! The first time it came out wrong, I sent it back. Just to check my burger and it was wrong too. Sent that back after they bought back the first incorrect item. Sat for another 10 minutes and finally went to the door to ask for a refund, because it was ridiculous how long it was taking them to fix a second item. Their customer service has dropped tremendously . After waiting for 30 minutes on an order of boneless wings they were cold. I tried to give them the benefit of doubt . Went back and order two cups of medium ice OKLY. I had to wait 25 minutes and they didn't bring me any straws . No place is perfect, they have their flaws but this is my sonic and I love my sonic. It's in an imperfect fast food place who do their best, ran by imperfect people. I can't speak for all their workers, That's their responsibility to take care of them. Don't mind the review posted in 2011... they are better. Still a little slow, I mean they can improve on that, can't complain on the food!! I have been to %6000 worst sonic's, this one is my neighborhood hero, it may not be the best hero but it's my hero, and I won't let anyone say anything bad about it. Wish I could leave them 0 stars. Management needs some serious overhauling. Ordered 2 similar drinks, one was diet and one was regular. Waited 15 minutes for them, no big deal they were a little busy. I get them and neither of them were marked. You know the little button on the lid of the drink that takes less than a second to push in that would label it "diet?" Yeah they didn't do that. And one of the drinks was flat. So I pressed the button and let them know neither drink was marked and one was flat and they said they would remake them. Waited another 15 minutes, pressed the button again and asked how long it takes to get a drink remade when one is flat and neither are marked. The girl said "oh we don't mark them when we're busy. What did you have?" WHAT?! You don't take a millisecond to press a little button on top of a lid when you're busy?? Seems counterintuitive and rather idiotic, but okay. Absolutely dreadful. The food was good because it's a sonic, but everything else was terrible. The employees were rude, the service was non existent (we asked for napkins which never came) and they don't even have a bathroom, and wouldn't let us use the employee one until we threatened to leave. And to top it all off, they screwed up my order! Just go somewhere else. read more

Just ordered a strawberry cheesecake shake for my mom and an Oreo Sonic Blast for myself. As I was getting ready to leave I noticed that my Sonic Blast did not have many Oreos so I looked at the receipt and they charged me for an Oreo cookie Shake. I told the employee that there was a mistake and I would pay the difference. She came out and looked at it and told me there would be $1.07 difference which was impossible because there was only $0.20 difference between the Oreo shake and the Sonic Blast. She said she would see what she could do. The manager then came out and I asked her how there could be a dollar and $0.07 difference and that I would just get a refund. She said the employee was making me a Sonic Blast. I gave her $0.25 to make up the difference and got my supposed Sonic Blast. When I got home I realized that she probably just gave me the shake she had given me originally because there was maybe a half of an Oreo crumbled on top of it. They may have gotten over on me this time but they lost a good customer read more
