If someone sits at a table and leaves straw paper, a Coffee News paper, spoons of anything else, it just sits there. I guess they pick it up at the end of the night. If you want to enjoy your ice cream there, it's best to sit outside under the wobbly umbrella tables. I only go if I get a hankering for ice cream and I'm passing by.
