We came in to get drinks and ended up getting nerd slushies... Which were awesome. The service was great, and they are actually on rollerblades which is awesome! Only bad thing is it took us a little while to get service when they were not that busy, and the lobby was a little dirty. Also there were some employees in the lobby sitting down with friends, and they were loud and explicit. read more

For the dozenth time, I have received a blast that was made with grainy "ice cream". I don't even know why I still come here. I don't know what they do to the ice cream but I suspect they aren't cleaning the machines. It's completely disgusting. And, since I order and take it home with me, I can't even take it back. Aweful customer service is awful. They cant take orders. Once i spent 20 minutes at the drive thru window waiting for someone to come take my card and give me my food. No one ever did. They just ignored me and refused to come to the window. I assume they screwed up peoples orders because the guy in front of me drove off without getting his food either. Out of any sonic I've ever been to this is by far the worst location ever! Every time I go there always forgetting multiple things I ask for and service is never never never consistent. I love sonic but every experience I've ever had at this location has been with people who are just rude. Tonight when I pulled into the drive thru at exactly 10pm the open sign was still on and so were their menu lights. I sat there for a second waiting for someone to respond to me and they simply turned their lights off. Talk about RUDE!!! This is hands down the worst sonic I've ever been too. While the food is usually fine, 90% of the time we end up driving off before or after ordering because of how ridiculously slow they are. Most times we can't even get anyone to take our order...like today. Its never mattered how many people are there, its always the same slow terrible service. This is the worst Sonic! Their customer service is horrible. They overcharged me for an order (which I believed was an honest mistake). So I brought it to their attention. I was then yelled at by a male employee even though he was wrong. The manager is horrible also. He didn't apologize nor try to make it right. The owners must not take any pride in their restaurant. My friends and I did the drive in, ordered food and waited an hour for our food because we had already paid. We watched many other cars come and go because no one was even answering them. The incompetence of the manager said we were a "drive off" and didn't want to even give us a refund or new food. Luckily the chef was a savior and made him give us a refund. read more

First time at a Sonics with an indoor seating. It wasn't very well marked or clear how to order. We started inside but it was fairly dirty so we moved outside to the table out there and that was also dirty but we kind of expected that being they were metal picnic tables - we much preferred the outside dirty to the inside by far. Too bad you can't do a review on the individuals. There are only a couple of people that I have had great experiences with. Managers really need to show appreciation in their job, store and employees. Also this place would do better if they did not have a married couple that were BOTH the general managers like the past few have been. Don't know if they are both being paid as such but neither of them have the best customer or employee relationships that managers should have, maybe they need to go to school to learn. You can tell when certain people work because there is better service and food when certain people work. We will only go on certain days when we know who is working, and yes we have called in to see before we go. This business really needs to be updated. Always excuses about how their machines are not working, most likely have outdated software if you look at their machines outside they look like they are from the 1900's. This is the worst Sonic I have seen and really needs to have a makeover done. Heard they had taken and did that with all the employees and management but then there are a lot of them that were hired back so obviously they have not figured out what their problems are. Heard there are new owners and maybe they need to be more involved and see first hand what is being done and not being done. It would do this business good to be closed an entire weekend or week and have a complete overhaul done on it...Maybe the owners could take tips from that TV show Restaurant Impossible and bring it back to what it used to be once. read more

This is one of the worst Sonic stores i have ever been to. I waited at least fifteen minutes for my order, and was not provided an explanation as to why it took so long. I have lived in Laramie for most of my life, and it seems every time i attempt to eat here I end up waiting. Also, often the burgers are not made correctly, and the fries and tots are old and not appealing. I have eaten at Sonics that are efficiently fast, and have a professional atmosphere compared to this business. They do fix mistakes they make, but mistakes happen so often. Employees should simply pay attention to what they are doing, and realize that it is their job to be fast and efficient. I am suprised that the owner makes any money sometimes. However, the ice cream is exceptional, and for the most part the service is friendly. Just slow. read more

We just stopped by for a Friday Night Ice cream treat... We ordered a Caramel Sunday, a medium Reeses Sonic Blast and a large Banana Split Sonic Blast... The Blasts were huge and tasty (from what my companions said... my sunday was very good.... Service was a bit slow, but our waitress made up for it with a cheery attitude... the only bad part is that it was really hard to hear on the speaker.. just a lot of static... over all, we are very satisfied... but really... my boyfriend who is a pretty big guy, said he should have ordered a small, rather than the large he got... it's potentially Diabetes in a cup... read more

Ran out of ice for limeades and slushes. Was still charged full price for limeade. How can you have a limeade without ice!? Was told they would give coupon for the inconvenience. Was never given coupon. Limeade should have been comped completely. Normally sonic Is very good, unfortunately this time was a disappointment. read more

This is the most awful sonic I have ever been through. The wait time alone makes you want to drive off with out your food. However the food is something that needs to be fixed to. The cook on weekdays morning is horrible!! Forgets bacon, cooks it till its just burnt and dry gross... So while writing this i have been in drive throw for over 15 minutes! It's not even busy.
