This place was rated well, and we were looking for a good breakfast place. It didn't disappoint us, even though they were busy. It was featured on Diner's Drive-ins and Dives with a plaque and wall art to confirm. We got a table quickly and the service was attentive and fast despite that they were busy. They offered mimosas and bloody Mary's to complete the breakfast experience which we chose to partake. My husband got the smothered breakfast burrito and said it was very tasty. I chose to the Prairie Rose Omelet with hash browns and sourdough toast. I loved the omelet which was fluffy and flavorful. The sourdough toast was very good as well, toasted perfect and many jams to choose from on the table. They had famous sweet rolls that sell out quickly, so I took one to go just to make sure I tried one. It was very good, even the next day. The low point was the overcooked crunchy hash browns that didn't add much to the meal and I didn't eat them all. I would definitely recommend this place if your looking for a super breakfast.

This is forevermore my go-to breakfast spot in Laramie! Came here with my friend and managed to grab seats at the bar. I thought this place was a tiny diner, but apparently there's much more seating than meets the eye. Would still be challenging with a big group. Parking is easy. Busy place with a hustling set of staff. I ordered a Corned Beef Hash, which was DELICIOUS. I was jealous of my friend's Steak & Eggs. Of course, it's Wyoming! Definitely getting that next time. Because we're adults, we ended with a perfect slice of blueberry pie with a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream. I'm still dreaming about this meal and can't wait to go back!

    The cinnamon roll!

For a Friday mid morning they were still hopping and yet greeted us the moment we walked in. We were directed to a table and had hot coffee almost faster than we ordered it! The cinnamon roll was beautiful, but even better, it tasted better than it looked. Warm, fragrant with cinnamon. It melted in our mouths. It's a friendly step back in time with the counters and the conversations. When in Laramie, don't miss it!

The Tower - biscuit, hashbrowns, and sausage sandwich covered in gravy.

If you're not afraid to wait to get in (they stay busy), then this is the place for you. Our waitress was great. It's a very small cafe. The food was great and worth the wait. We ate breakfast. The tower combined all your favorite breakfast foods into a sandwich tower. My omelet was very good. Hashbrowns were cooked to perfection - crisp and crunchy. Would recommend eating here.

Come for the chicken fried steak. Stay for the Strawberry-Rhubarb Pie A-la-mode! Despite the place being packed to the rafters for lunch, I got a seat at the counter and was eating within about 15 minutes. What blew me away was the homemade pie. The crust was flaky, tender and tasting of just enough butter. Best pie ever.

Best breakfast in WY mostly locals and good food with reasonable prices. A little small so you might have to wait for a table.

I had the 7220 Burrito, it was one of the best breakfast Burritos I've ever had. Great little place, everyone knows it's there, go early!

Guy was right. Had the Prairie Patty Melt, cooked right, fresh with crispy fries. Wife had French Dip, was tender beef and rich aju.

It's annoyingly hard and expensive. It's not snobbery, it's purely trying to eat healthier foods with less chemicals, etc. Our family member recommended Melissa's and me not being a vegetarian, was kinda skeptical. We opted to try this out - when in Rome... It's a small, cozy place. Staff were really nice. Menu was surprisingly large for a small Wyoming town. The five of us all got different things - lots to choose from. It was all AMAZING! Everyone, including me, loved it. It was fantastic, and portions were large! But what shocked me was the bill. Now if you're from somewhere else, it may not feel this way, but being from LA, the bill was about 1/2 of what I thought it would be. Given it was very affordable, we left a very generous tip as the staff was great. We can't wait to go back one day. There are also other fantastic little eateries (ice cream, etc) there that we likewise enjoyed. Two thumbs way up for Melissa's. Thank you for a great meal while away from home.
