Waited about 15 minutes for my just my beverage to be delivered took awhile to respond ended up just abandoning my order and my shake.

We are sitting here waiting to be acknowledged after pushing the button...and waiting for ever!!! 10 minutes have gone by, and still nothing, we can see the employees eating and several hanging by the drive through window just talking and laughing. This sonic is incredibly slow!!! They either need to hire more people or train their employees to be quicker. Their accuracy rate is also abysmal. They rarely punch the buttons on drinks and you have to taste test your drinks to figure it out. Even after mentioning this every time to the car hops and also calling the manager, they still can't figure out pushing a button. Also, apparently bacon is actually sausage. I had a great experience today. The girl at the window was so polite. Her name was Kori.

Just picked up 2 combos for a late lunch... the total was $19.xx because I added Route 44 diet limeades, which are supposed to be on Happy Hour (1/2 price), BUT not in a combo apparently. The girl taking orders couldn't understand my simple question regarding how it added up.... not challenging. I get home (3min away) and everything both burgers and orders of fries are COLD, cheese not melted... nothing. read more

Pretty good... The foods fine and I like the half prices. If you have a sweat tooth, head to sonic after 8 and get a delicious half price shake! The service wasn't to good and sometimes I wait for over 20 minutes in the drive through but otherwise its a pretty good place. I give a 3. read more

Do not eat here! My husband worked for the company that delivers their food and has delivered to this location. He told me a roach fell on him from the ceiling and the kitchen is disgusting! Ewww! I haven't ate at a Sonic for 8 years and I know I'm not missing anything. read more

My experience was just as others stated. So slow, you may not even get your food. For guarantees service I suggest going through the drive through. Not sure if the new fancy terminals are giving them trouble, but we had to ask again 20 min after initial order where our food was and they had to "make it again". read more

I'm a Sonic girl through and through. I can't go without my Cherry Dr Pepper fix. However, this location is awful. Not once, not twice not even three times, but 4 times in the last 3 weeks have they messed up my order. Today was the 4th time. I'm all for giving second chances. We normally get 3 drinks or even 3 blast. Nothing crazy. But they can't seem to get our order correct. When we try to explain that something is wrong they tell us "that's not what the receipt says you ordered." Awful customer service. I'm not saying I'm not going back to Sonic because we all know I can't live without it. However I will drive to Belen or even ABQ to get it from now on. read more

this place is full of incompetent people who don't seem to understand basic english, specifically a girl named FAITH. i ordered a large tea & a small sauced popcorn chicken with bbq. i repeated myself on the intercom at least 3 times & they still got it wrong. gave me a small drink and a large regular popcorn chicken and asked if i'd just take what they'd give me instead of fixing the order. i told them no and i'd like what i asked for. they couldn't understand what my order was for the the life of them when a manager finally had to come and replace faith since she simply wasn't getting it was a large drink and a small chicken and faith also took my chicken back which isn't allowed in food service, i worked in it for years and that's highly unsanitary. the lady gave me my drink and didn't give me my chicken again and when she did it was just a large popcorn chicken with no sauce even on the side. pathetic read more

This is the slowest drive thru in town...20 minutes for a drink is ridiculous...when you get to the microphone they tell to wait (minutes) before tell come back to take your order.. They should make drive thru for drinks only!!! I rather drive across town to the sonic in bosque farms... read more

It never fails....something is wrong with our order. This may have been our last visit to this Sonic! 2 cheese burgers, 1 supersonic burger, 1 kids burger, 2 orders of tots, 1 onion ring. Got home.....no cheese on the two burgers, & no onion rings. Plus we sat in the drive through for at least 10 minutes! read more
