Called to see if it was dine in or take out/delivery, the gentleman that answered was very courteous and explained it's only take out or delivery within a 2 mile radius. He further explained I could place the order, give them 20 minutes to prepare, drive up, pay and that's it. The building itself is very inconspicuous however it is clearly marked with signage. My wife ordered the old town cheesesteak and Truffle fries. I ordered the double green chili cheeseburger and truffle fries . Let me tell you, when we both tasted our food we were pleasantly surprised. I travel several times a month throughout the West Coast on business and eat out a lot. That was the best burger I ever eaten. My wife loves her cheesesteaks and is somewhat of a connoisseur . She said it was fantastic. The burger meat was not the normal processed patties , but hand pressed and if I had to guess at least a 1/3 lb. each. My wife had to eat her cheesesteak with a knife and fork. It was loaded. I was greeted by a friendly couple of workers, the owner and his daughter I assume. I ordered their GCCB as a double and the owner looks at me and says "are you sure ", laughingly. He shows me the the size of the fresh meatball he's about to smash and I reply " oh ya"! I also ordered some red chile cheese fries so I can try out the red chile. The burger came out in about 10 minutes and since I ordered the first double of the day, the owner wanted a picture. When I opened the box I knew why, it was ginormous! The meat was seasoned well and it was cooked medium well. The chile didn't have any bite but it had good flavor. The red chile on the other hand had a little bite and was delicious!
