The one star was because the ice cream sundae and strawberry limeade was tasty. That was the only positive thing about thus place. I had to repeat myself 5 times while ordering the sundae cause the gal was either new or just didn't get it. She finally had a guy take over who knew how to handle an order of a hot fudge and Carmel ice cream sundae. Did you hear banana in that order? Yeah neither did I. We went the next day for lunch cause we were visiting the town. My garlic Parmesan cheesy hotdog tasted barely warm and the bun was nothing special. It was kinda cold and not toasted at all. The food was sloppy looking and not very warm. The gal who brought our food out pretty much whispered the order back and I was like I have no idea what you said and she just gave me a blank look. We stopped by on our way up to the lake for a quick lunch. It's right off a busy road so there's typically a lot of business here and travelers taking up the spots despite them not eating at the restaurant. There's one bathroom so lines quickly form and the bathroom wasn't very clean either. While ordering food, we had to repeat ourselves several times for each item we got. I think the kiosks are getting old and the speakers need replaced. The service was typical for fast food establishments. The food itself tasted okay. It's not good, but not terrible. Just kind of plain for the amount of advertising that goes into this place. It's for sure more popular for their drinks as those were the only thing we actually finished and enjoyed. read more

Went in on Saturday August 03, 2019 and ordered some breakfast burritos and a bacon cheeseburger toaster. They gave me a bacon egg toaster instead. I told them my order was wrong. Instead of having me pay for my cheeseburger they gave it to me for free. Excellent service. read more

Every time I go to this location they refuse to serve their menu items. This has happened to me 3 times. Tonight, my family and I went in for ice cream. It was 8:50, their bill board says they close at 10. Myself and two other cars were waiting for our order to be taken at the drive through, no one would answer. We drove up to the main window and the worker with bright red hair looked at us, locked the door, threw her hands up and walked away. This was the WORST experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. The only reason I will be returning is to tell the manager how rude their staff is. read more

I work in the area and only have time for fast food most days and I continue to give sonic another chance but they just continue to prove themselves the lowest. It takes forever to get someone to even take your order. I just left there after pushing my order button over and over for 10 minutes. On top of the long wait just to get your order put in, they usually never give you as much food as you should get. For example, a sonic burger is supposed to COME WITH 2 tomato slices, not 1. My wife asked for extra ice in her ice tea. When it arrived it did not have the extra ice she requested. We then asked if we coud have a cup of ice, which we were refused. Never have had this happen at a Sonic or any other fasfood restaurant. Every time I've come here, my order is messed up somehow. Items missing, extras I asked for not there, mixed up orders.... not once have I ever received my order correctly but I don't worry about it, they always correct it when I ask. No big deal, and they're usually friendly so that was what kept me coming back. Tonight though, I think this was my last trip. overall terrible restaurant and i'm not talking about the food. the customer service was horrendous it took them probably 5 minutes to answer after i pressed the button and i had to repeat myself several times. but what really made my experience awful was the way i'm assuming a manager or supervisor was treating their employees. i was on the patio with my husband and it was fairly busy and i could hear someone yelling at an employee inside of the building and it was so bad the girl who delivered my food had just been clearly crying. that is no way to treat your employees. i will not be visiting another sonic in the future. read more
