It was one of the nozzles from the ice cream dispensing machine that has an eight pointed design in it. My partner and I have been coming to this sonic for a while now and this is the first time we've been disappointed in our experience. I love the unicorn slushy with extra of the blue bubbles, I've had it many times before and I've never had a problem before today. Like usual they rung up extra blue bubbles and it adds an extra charge (that's completely fine and understandable). However, today I tried to order the unicorn slushy with extra bubbles 2 times on 2 separate tickets. They brought out the slushy's and both had less than what they put in a normal slushy without asking for extra. The service was absolutely amazing, everyone was super friendly. But, asking for extra bubbles and getting the up charge but then getting less than normal was extremely disappointing. read more

I have been here several times now Ooltewah the last few days recently. Now, I guess I'm ready to review it. First of all, there was no listing here on Yelp. Therefore, I created one today. However, it is a fast food restaurant that's great for lunch. So, I come here because they are fast and the food is filling. I highly recommend down loading there Sonic App. It's even faster, more convenient and you get rewards and save money on food here. On Scene: I picked stall number 6. Then, I opened up the Sonic App and ordered the hot dog combo. Next, it asked what stall I'm at. I put stall number 6 on the App and clicked the green check mark. I looked up at the kiosk and immediately it says "welcome back Steven". Now , how cool is that? I enjoyed my hot dog, tater tots and coke. I was still able to get back to work within 30 minutes to take a short lunch. Thus, I was able to get off 30 minute early from work. Most places, i am there for an hour. Service always great and food is consistently delivered on point. Price is always fair and u can't go wrong with the cherry limeaid .

They like to close early, like 40 whole minutes early. They really don't like having to work or do their job. A bunch of no goods if you ask me. Not to mention how often they get your order wrong. If you want sonic I would suggest going to Havelock instead of seeing the filth that works here. read more

Saturday Afternoon at Sonic. Flying So Lo without my foodie partner. But it's ok a beautiful day for a Cony Footlong with mustard chili and cheese. Add on Chili Cheese Tater Tots and Onion Rings and it feels like Summer! Service was quick and provided by a nice young man on roller skates. The food was great But the Onion Rings were Amazing . They had Great Crunch with just a hint of sweetness in the batter. There's a playground there where Sonic hosts Birthday Parties.
