I had cheese eggs - hash brown (raisin bread) - sometimes later, plates, I have no raisin bread. This also takes FIVE MORE MINUTES! Worst service, no one cared, no one greeting customers as they come in. COLD AS ICE INSIDE!!!! Did not seem to be a manager, if was he/she was either hiding or also DID NOT CARE!!! I have waited tables, I know how difficult can be- when I get good service I do tip, I LEFT NO TIP!!! Husbands left NO TIP EITHER!!!! Someone needs to get this place in line. The order showed up with a double cheeseburger and fries, a fried pickle burger, kids' tenders with onion rings, and a salad. Credit where it's due--the cheeseburger was solid, the fries were hot, and the kid who ordered the fried pickle burger attacked it with the enthusiasm of a Labrador finding an unattended steak. The little one cleaned her plate too, so the tenders passed the toughest food critics in America. The salad, however, looked like someone whispered the word "vegetables" over a bowl of lettuce and tossed in a little shredded cheese for moral support. It wasn't bad--it just wasn't much of a salad. Then came the part that made me wonder if common sense had taken the night off. French fries arrived without ketchup. That's not an oversight; that's a misdemeanor in at least twelve Southern states. A burger without mayo is enough to have St. Peter squinting suspiciously at your résumé. But the real masterpiece? They sent a salad...and not one plastic fork. Now, I don't know who they think orders salads through DoorDash. Maybe they assume we're all carrying silverware in the glove compartment next to the jumper cables. Perhaps they envision us spearing lettuce with a pocketknife like Daniel Boone. The food itself was mostly good, and I'd order again. But somewhere between the kitchen and the delivery bag, somebody forgot that people generally need utensils to eat a salad and condiments to enjoy fries. Those little details are the difference between "pretty good" and "I'll be back tomorrow."
