I've never felt inclined to write a review before, but if I could give this place 0 stars, trust me, I would. My friend placed a mobile order and we stood and waited for at least 45 minutes, we asked multiple times about her order, "oh it will be out shortly." Right. Then once we asked again, the lady said "oh i'll check on it", then walked right past and said "sorry i'll be back," then walked past me again grabbed someone else's food and walked past AGAIN and just said "I'm sorry" all while smirking, turns out the other was ready and sitting on the shelf almost the whole time. Apparently ordering food at the drive-through is an inconvenience here. I was huffed at and rushed because I wasn't done ordering -- through the ORDER speaker. Wild concept, I know. Rather than inconvenience the employee any further by spending money, I pulled off and drove to another Sonic where customer service hasn't gone extinct. Stopped by this restaurant location on a road trip we went through the drive-through. They were friendly and fast we saw they had a inside sitting area so we went inside to stretch. It was very clean and looks modern clean bathroom stop as well! read more

This Sonic Drive-In was a life-saver for me on a recent road trip. I stopped in this town for an overnight to visit family. When I drive I try not to stop so I was starving. Now, I did pull up this location on Yelp and was pretty nervous based on the reviews, but it was late and I knew my options were super limited so I just kind of went with it and figured I'd deal with whatever life threw at me with this place. Due to the time of night there was no line for the drive-thru. I quickly pulled up, got my order placed and pulled around the to the pay window. Oh, and of course I had to get a cherry limeade (diet because you know you have to get a diet drink when you're eating a hamburger, fries, and mozzarella sticks). I was greeted at the window by a really nice girl who took my card, processed the order and almost immediately handed me my food. And Yes! It was fresh. Wasn't a leftover or anything like that. They were that fast. I was relieved. All I wanted was to be at my hotel eating dinner and get to bed and that's exactly what I was able to do here. This Sonic is legit. read more

I really like the location and how easy it is to get in and out with everything that you need. I've been here twice while on a trip and they've messed up my order both times. My chili cheese hot dog came to me upside down. The bathroom had piss and poop all over the seat and there was not toilet paper. When I asked for toilet paper they just told me to leave it on top of the toilet. Fast food workers don't get enough credit but the people here look dead and make me feel dead. read more

Asked to speak with a manager and was told he was at Wendy's and that i could have a 99 cent coupon for a sundae. definitely don't recommend coming to this sonic. read more

Receipt for proof of visit. This place is very clean, the staff are polite and greeted us right away. There was an error with a drive through person, but they immediately fixed it with awesome customer service. Our food came out hot and fresh within 2 minutes. The inside is super nice too, you'd never expect it. Highly recommend this location. read more

Horrible service. Walked in and stood there with daughter while staff was sitting in dining room and other staff in kitchen. After a few minutes I asked if the dining area was where I could order as I was standing at register, or was it drive through only? The young lady snapped back. I'll get you in a minute. We continued waiting as another gentleman who appeared to be a manager walked in from outside carrying boxes. He asked if we'd been waited on. I said no and he apologized and went in past us and asked where the counter staff cashier was. This caused original lady to come out and she had a grudge from the get go. I asked her if the pretzel sticks were ready or had to be made as we've never been to a sonic before. She said they would be made. I asked how long that would take as we were trying to get out and continue our 7 hour drive. She said, "I don't know." I'm like, "You don't know how long it takes? " She rolls her eyes and said- "We drop it in the fryer it takes a few minutes. I don't know". She was extremely rude and acted like we were putting her out to ask any questions I said. "Okay. I believe we'll just go elsewhere as it's obviously too much of an imposition to try to take our order right now." We left while she still was giving impolite comments on our way out. First and last time at a sonic for this family!! Went to chic filet down the street and quickly got our order of over thirty dollars quickly and with politeness. Sonic you need some serious staff training. Was there at 11:22 am on June 16th if you want to check your employees who were getting paid to "not work" and be rude in the process. read more

Best experience I've ever had at any Sonic! Service was wonderful and food was great! My battery died on my car and the manager Jordon came out to jump off my car! The only downside was I parked in the outside order area and swiped my debit card and it didn't give me a tip option and I was out of cash. That's maybe something corporate could add to help us out. Otherwise I'll definitely recommend to all of my friends and family. read more

Stopped here to get the bblt. They were all out of bacon then told me that I had to call to get a refund since i places my order on the app. I called twice asking just for a sonic credit to my account. First they told me I couldn't get one since I got my drink. Then the second time I called, I was told it should hopefully show up 7-10 days back in my bank. Manager wasn't very apologetic. Customer was awful in the phone. I'll be eating at Sonic less.....like couple times a year when recently it was a couple times a week but too many restaurants out there to be dealing with poor customer service. read more

Food was decent at best. We had a party of 5, and they messed up almost all of our orders. Definitely put a bummer on our vacation.

Our food was only fine, it was warm, we were hoping it would have been hot with how long we waited for it. The entire process of getting in line, ordering, waiting in line, and waiting off to the side to receive our order took a total of 60 minutes. read more
