The sink/bathroom in the male restroom was gross but there yet the cook himself went there while we were eating...let's say I threw away my food!!! Another guest spilled their drink and the employee came to mop forgot to put the wet floor sign...someone is getting tons of $$$$$!!!! I was passing through on my way from to Caliornia to New Orleans. I've never been to a more disgusting restaurant in my life. The health inspector needs to get be called. Dirt everywhere. The kids jungle gym looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months with food and grime all over it. WORST SONIC EVER. Just went here after being on the road for HOURS. They were out of half their menu, took 20 mins to get our food, got the food and it was the wrong order to add to that our soda was carbonated water. Seriously a new staff is needed. read more

I came to this sonic with the intention of having a quick and satisfying meal. My first impressions were good. Until I saw the details. This place was shoddily put together and it seemed like they were cheap with the renovations. The paint looked like it was done by a 5 year old, the floors were dirty and the kids playpen looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. Pros: Food was on par with your average Sonics, had a indoor playground which is unheard of. Cons: Building was falling apart & dirty, flies everywhere, bathroom broken, kinda skimpy on food toppings & out of condiments, service was bad & staff was fighting between themselves & the chick sporting the newports while wiping down the tables was very unprofessional. Indoor playground, closed. Had to order at the window because equipment was down. Food was good, order was correct. The employee forgot to cash us out and return our debit card. I hate this Sonic with a burning passion. I had to repeat my order to the workers multiple times. It took two guys to take the order. I simply ordered milkshake and no one was making them. The guys who'd taken my order just stood around talking. Another guy who was actually doing something finally asked about my order and got the two lollygaggers to do something. Took forever in the drive thru and when I get to the window the guy tells me the amount of my order...and that's it. Just hands me the bag and closes the sqeaky a** window in my face. Is zero stars ever going to be an option on Yelp? Do not stop here! Keep going and keep yourself from disappointment and potentially worse. We stopped to use rest room and order food. First, this Sonic is not the drive-in type, it is drive thru. Second, the urinal in the men's room was broken. Third, after using rest room, discovered sink was also broken (Where do employees wash their hands after using rest room??). There was a snarky sign about the broken sink that seemed to imply that one should realize a drive-thru restaurant might not have working bathrooms. Fourth, I still was going to courageously order food, but two of us stood in line for several minutes and no one came to take an order. There appeared to be only one worker present at noon on Tuesday, Dec. 8. At that point, I worried about food quality in s restaurant with broken restrooms and I left. We drove 30 miles down highway to Sonic in Sonora. I do not recommend this place at all until management makes some major improvements. read more

A good stop for traveling from El Paso. I was worried about the bad reviews but we still went. I'm glad we did. It's not a typical Sonic. It's an old fast food restaurant they converted to Sonic which is great for travelers. The rest room was clean (thumbs up) and the tables were clean so it's good to be able to sit down and eat. Bad experience here. Pulled in on Friday Dec 16 at 10 am for a breakfast snack . I was greeted by a very pleanant Lisa . All i ordered was a coke and apple slices . The wait was over 10 min . No receipt on my bag . And the apple slices were rotten . Would some one please pull them from the serving line the expired date is Dec 9 enough to make some one sick . I would not recommend this eatting establishment to any one . This hasnt been my first bad experience here i think someone should get controll of this establishment read more

This sonic is absolutely horrible. I have been there 3 times while working here, and they either get the order completely wrong or forget half of the food and still charge you for it. Pack a sandwich if your going through Ozona because you'd probly get the plague from this joint. read more

These employees are rude as hell. I would never come again. Cameron was very rude and didn't acknowledge any of the customers that came in. She would make a face every time she has to deal w a customer. And she kept telling another girl just to send her home already cause she didn't wanna be there. We even witnessed her handle money and then move to the milkshake station to make a milkshake, cut a banana, touch the banana with her unwashed hands and threw it in the milkshake.
