How can you open a new spot and not be organized? This is the third time coming here and honestly this will be my last. Have you ever had a burnt tasting milk shake? I did, last night at Sonic! I ordered a hot fudge milkshake, it didn't taste like hot fudge chocolate, or vanilla. I don't know how this happened but they served it and gave it to me. I had a few sips and just couldn't keep drinking it, i threw it away. It tasted horrible. Secondly we waited like 20 minutes for 2 milkshakes, i didn't go back to return it because i couldn't wait another minute there. We were so irritated by the end of it all. Unfortunately has one of the worst correct order completion ratios in most of the fast food locations in the area, Somersville to Railroad. No lime/cherrys in Cherry Limeade consistently (currently 2 of 8 orders correct), diet drink option a crapshoot (4 of 8) and usually 1-2 items would be completely missing or made incorrectly (latest was no cheese sauce with soft pretzel). The only redeeming quality of this place is the lack of customers now versus when they first opened. On average you can generally get out of there under 5-10 minutes versus hour+ back during the first few months. Would only suggest stopping for their half priced shakes if desperate enough, but be ready for disappointment since most of those have been wrong on each attempt, will commonly have no cherry on top, or no oreo crumble/cheesecake crumble in shake. The manager at night is so cruel for no reason. First I ordered from the sonic app and it didn't go through but I still got charged and when I told her about it, she said there's nothing we can do EVEN though I got charged. Second I got a Oreo espresso shake and it was so bitter I went back and asked for a re make and she gave me a cruel attitude. It's usually good but this time it was trash and I just wanted a remake. Then I did the survey for a free route 44. I always get a strawberry slush and she says you have to pay for the strawberry. ITS A FREE ROUTE 44. I'm not even adding the strawberry for an additional charge, the strawberry slush is a drink that doesn't need to get charged with add ons for strawberry. She is so cruel for no damn reason. I hope every time she uses ketchup on a burger, the water comes out. I know this is a brand new location however I have been here twice in the last 2 days and both had major issues. Yesterday I was directed into a stall and then nobody came to the speaker to take my order for 29 minutes. So today I decided I would drive-through the drive-through. Got all the way home, which is 14 miles away to find out that 3 of the 7 items I ordered were not in the bag. I called and they said I could come and pick it app but I would just have to wait in the line and then tell them when I got to the front of the line that I was missing items. So now I have been in the line for another 17 minutes. Is so I decided I would call to give them a heads up to please have it ready and nobody answers the phone. The food was delicious BUT I'd suggest you wait until they iron out all the opening kinks and the staff is more confident. The wait wasn't terribly long for a bay. Ordering was easy. The wait for our food was quite long for a fast food restaurant. Once we received our order, we did not receive everything (even though the list of food was on the receipt taped to the bag). They missed a couple food items and a drink. We just told them about the food items and let the drink go. I also had a coupon for a free small shake but that was never honored (we ended up paying for it). I understand it's all new staff which is why I only took off a star. I foolishly went not too long after the opening of this place. I like sonic but I underestimated how long i had to wait for my food. I saw the atrocious line of cars waiting so i decided to go in. Ordered my food and sat down. No problem right? I wanted a good 30 minutes and went to the front to complain. Was told "ok no problem we'll help you" and waited another 30 ish minutes and I went in line again to just ask for my money back . while i was in line they finally carried out my food and I just decided to leave. I get the novelty of sonic but it wasn't worth it when I could just go to McDonald's or something for the same thing and no wait. Maybe I'll come back once the hype dies down but given how a place like in n out is always full, I doubt business will calm down here anytime soon read more

Terrible, very slow service. The food came out cold and wrong, the lady was nice knowing that the error had been made all day to double check for us and get us the correct food. When I drove away and got to my destination, I found that they forgot half my order. When I returned they had the remaining items sitting on the prep table. I ordered food and after what seemed like an eternity, I got a melted strawberry shake, and none of the food tasted fresh at that point. The food is overpriced and it just doesn't taste that well. Went there about 6 months ago because I was craving a slushy and also to see what all the fuss was about with the brand new Sonic in town. I used their drive up feature unfortunately it was a bit of a let down, the service was incredibly slow. I was there again for a second time in about 6 months thought they might have gotten better since they were fairly new first time around, this time I used the drive thru and not much has changed still slow as ever. The employee was very nice and upbeat until I had to loop back around because our order was wrong and we didn't get any straws. Went here tonight for the first time, we did the car hop ordering. Took at least 5 minutes for someone to talk to us after pressing the button, and took 35 minutes from then to bring our food out. When our order was finally brought out, they forgot half of it and had to go back in to get it. The food tasted cold like it had been sitting out for a while, so it was probably ready well before we received it. This place can't stay open all day. When the line is too busy, they shut down until it slows down for them. I've came here twice and they screwed up my order both times. Ok so let me start by sayin the shakes are EVERYTHING! I go pretty often for them, however tonight my boyfriend and I decided to try the food, and boy was that a MISTAKE!!! That was honestly the worst burger Iv had in my life!! Not only was it ICE COLD, but As SOON as I opened up the wrapper my entire burger fell apart, the bacon on it was hard Nd most likely old, it was loaded with entirely to much lettuce which was ice cold btw!! Wasn't anything special. I went here for the very first time and I was let down. I'm pregnant and was craving onion rings but they were all out of onion rings! Booo! Since it was my first time, I wanted to try a small "selection" of items. I got a cheeseburger, jalapeño poppers, and chili cheese tater tots. The cheeseburger was bland and had no flavor but I liked how they loaded it with pickles! The tater tots and jalapeño poppers were good though! I'd go back just for those. read more

We moved here from Florida and have enjoyed Sonic's in various locations. I enjoyed this burger much more than In-n-out. Much better variety, more burger for your buck and the service was car-side, great when you want to chill in your car while grabbing a bite. read more
