Wrote this review because of Ryan Trahan: bathrooms were dirty, there was poop on the floor and walls. Took 15 minutes for a corn dog and tater tots. A good thing about this place was a kid yodeling while i used the restroom. there is NO ONE here, kinda suspicious but when food came out it was decent for a poop covered bathroom. Realized that other costumers got their food first. Tater tots were good, but the pretzel was SO greasy. The chicken was microscopic. Overall not bad for a random sonic, food was decent, bathroom and ambiance was not the best. read more

The food is above average for Sonic. (We travel a lot and have eaten at many. ) The service was good The young people working were friendly We appreciate being able to eat while charging our Tesla. Just ordered a couple of sandwiches and two orders of tater tots at the drive thru 11/24/23. They gave us something with chili all over it. My boyfriend very nicely and calmly explained it wasn't what we ordered. The extremely HATEFUL dark haired young woman was so unbelievably rude and said "this is how it was wrung up!" Well, we know what we ordered so no clue why she wanted to argue other than to have the ugly face she was making be permanently stuck that way. So she storms off and leaves us sitting there for nearly 10 minutes and then comes back with her bad attitude and says "what is it you're wanting?!" Truthfully, for you to stop being a monster from hell, little lady. Then she threw out tater tots at us without ketchup and slammed the window. WOW, just wow. read more

DONT STOP HERE . We were passing by this town to grab a bite.We ordered and while we waited the one of the car hoppers named Amy went to go give them their drinks. I drive through this crappy town several times a year from Dallas to SLC, I stopped before even though the place had less than a 2 star review and was horrified with how terrible their service and food was. Today I decided to try to stop for a drink only. We tried 5 drive in stations and all were out of order, we tried the drive through and apparently it was out of order as well. Finally we located a terminal that was working. The woman who was taking our order informed us that it was a 25 minute wait..... for sonic...... my wife asked about drinks and the lady rudely responded "I said for food". Definitely regret giving this location a second try. We left without ordering anything. read more

Truckers and travelers be aware, I went on 06/28/2023 stood outside for about 10-15 minutes deciding what I wanted. Not once did anyone say they were closed or any signs stating they were closed! Even talked to a local that said "Don't go"! Soooooo I guess I probably lucked out! read more

Took 25 minutes to get 5 drinks that was ordered on the app. The workers are either untrained or even worse they just don't care about their customers. When the drinks were brought out we asked if the app was working properly, she sarcastically said it was working and as she walked away said have a nice day under her breath was snickering with a coworker who helped bring the drinks out. Don't waste your time stopping at this Sonic. Took 35 minutes to get a Sonic Blast ice cream and nothing else. There were only 5 other cars parked at the drive in. Not acceptable whatsoever. Drive to Childress or Vernon for a good one. read more

First of all the food isn't that great. I would go their just for the ice cream. We went there because that had signs advertising their shakes and malts on sale. We pulled in ordered our shakes and they were trying to charge regular price. I told them they had it advertised on the back of the menus and on their big sign they were on sale. All I got for a response was sorry were not doing that right now. I mentioned the ads and they gave the same answer. We went there today for ice. Are you kidding, this place is an absolute joke. We pulled up and ordered and we were among the first to get there and order and after we order others started showing up. These people started bringing everyone else orders out and left us sitting there for well over an hour. We complained to the manager and left, there's no way they are that bad. read more

I would first like to say typically I would NEVER leave a bad review on a business, no matter how horrible the service was. This sonic, however, is an exception. We were passing through on a road trip and ordered 2 drinks. That is it. After waiting for 20+ minutes (being one of three cars in the entire parking lot) we decided to leave. You'll be hard pressed to find a worse Sonic. Food isn't very good, service is usually poor, and no public bathrooms.

This Sonic is the slowest Sonic I have ever been to and it's not even very busy. So we got our food in about 15 min but the order was wrong.

Wondering why this sonic is still in business! Honestly needs a complete revamp on training and employees that care. So famn slow and 9 times out of 10 your order will be wrong! Awful! Set up there for 15 minutes and only two cars where in booths and four cars at the drive through. Nobody came over the intercom and said anything. When I left they where packed. Worst service I've seen, do not go there. read more

Need better trained employees because waited at the drive thru menu for ten minutes. Waiting for them to get he order right. Pulled up to the window to pay, gave the money and had to ask for my change. Said they were making our blast and still waited for it for another ten minutes and then told to pull into the parking space and wait for our blast and wait some more.
