Great idea terrible execution terrible service charge your car and go somewhere else This place has 10 Tessa chargers right next to the sonic imparted sonic only sonic won't let you order from your car or order in person. You have to stand outside hundred degree weather at a box and order and then wait for 10 minutes standing outside. All this sounds typical of a fast food restaurant that can't hire people that's speaking English. But these guys I ordered a cold brew with cream, not vanilla cream. I said I just want cream, plain cream or milk. What are they come out with that sugar cream crap in the coffee. Was the manager available? No sweet outside in 100° heat for another 10 minutes for the manager don't go. Don't bother wasting your money. Don't support these people hunt. They need serious management help. read more

If you ordered a Sonic store on Wish.com, this is the one you would receive. They butchered the entire order. We repeated it multiple times and confirmed on the screen it was wrong. They swore the rung it in right. At the window confirmed the order again. They still handed us the wrong food. There is an overwhelmed 12 year old trying to run the drive thru window and hand out orders. It's not his fault this restaurant is so poorly run. He just says 'yes' to every question. But I don't think he knows what is going on. He's just trying to keep up. It's kind of cruel of his parents (who I assume must run the store) to put him in this position. This place is up and down so much, but lately has been pretty bad. Every time I go, they screw up the order, even when they repeat it back. Ask for a milkshake with no whipped cream and they'll give you one that's halfway full with a Mt. Everest of whipped cream on top every time. We asked her to give us a few seconds while we looked over the menu, and after looking over it for no more than 10-15 seconds she asked us if we were actually going to order anything. We responded and told her we were ready, but she refused to take our order and told us to pull up to the window and order from there so other people would have a turn... They are not only absolutely amazing with their customer service and how fast and amazing they are with everything! Yesterday my friend and I were at sonic in a parking spot and the car battery died, we had a couple people try to jump us but we couldn't get the car started, the manager (I think the manager. He had a Company vehicle) came out personally and got in his truck to help jump us, haha he had to drive up onto the curb to the cords could connect well, he was able to get our car started and help us keep the car running. I wish corporate businesses would let us tip their employees, because he took his time to come help us in the middle of a very bad snowstorm! I'm sorry I can't remember the gentleman's name! He oversees a few different locations across Colorado! I come to this Sonic almost every day and the food and service are always spot on. No matter what the workers always make friendly conversation. When I went last time I had a very complex order and the staff were super nice about it and even came out to check if everything was fine. They even gave me a milkshake and apologized for taking so long even though it wasn't their fault. Even with the service, they are super fast and always on point even when it's super busy. I visit sonic once or twice daily as I stop by to buy a large ice tea during halftime price time. The employees usually alway bring it out right away so it makes my day great. There food is also good every time I go there haven't had a bad experience yet. I enjoy Sonic!! read more
