The whole wings are legit chicken quarters and the Jamaican Jerk was not playing around - a punchy jerk seasoning that had both of us drinking deeply from the spice, while the Hot Honey was a pleasant crowd-pleasing mix of flats and drums with a solid sweet to spicy ratio.
