We come to this Sonic frequently for drinks and small items for the kids while running errands - a corn dog one day, grilled cheese sandwich a few days later. We normally have a good experience with no issues. Though there are often 3-4 cars in line, they usually get through them pretty quickly. However, I want to communicate to the staff that when I ask for a Jr. Cheeseburger "with everything on it including mayo, mustard, and ketchup," it doesn't mean I don't want lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickle. It doesn't mean I DON'T want ketchup, mustard, and mayo. It means exactly what I say - EVERYTHING INCLUDING CONDIMENTS. I order a Jr. Cheeseburger here about twice a month, and every time I order it the same, and every time it comes back different. What's the confusion here? read more

Wow, rude, rude, rude. Placed my order at the drive-through quickly, chili cheese fries and a corndog and a soda. No "thank you" at the drive-through even though I consistently said thank you. Waited for a decent amount of time at the window, it was appropriate. The shift leader at the window was rude. No hello, no thank you, no you're welcome. The girl that handed me my food, same situation. I just moved to the Herriman / Riverton area, and so far up until today everyone has been extremely pleasant and polite. Even McDonald's and Taco Bell. very disappointing. I won't be back just on the service alone even though the food was good. I am adding that I find interesting that the fast food restaurants appear to just hire anyone, I watched a couple of the employees walk drinks out to people at the drive-through behind me and there was no smile, feet dragging, looking downstairs the ground, .... they clearly didn't want to be there. read more

Ok, the food and drinks/shakes taste good, but only if you get the right. This location is really bad. Customer service is mediocre, speed is horrific (nothing "fast" about this fast food", even management who orders inventory needs help because multiple times they're out of ice cream. great restaurant, they get set back and sometimes it takes 5-15 minutes for me and my family to get our food. But the staff make up for it they are always so friendly and willing to correct any mistakes in the order for free. I really like Sonic's food for a quick bite over other fast food chains but this location always forgets the sauces! Certain items are just supposed to come with sauce by default, like marinara with mozzarella sticks and cream cheese with cinna-snacks. Not only is it on the menu but who the heck eats plain mozzarella sticks with no marinara!? Even when you specifically ask for sauce when placing your order they still usually don't include it and then you have to ask a second time. I've been to a couple of other Sonic locations and they don't have this problem. The employees are friendly but it's annoying that this always happens! read more

First time coming to this location, we came at about 11pm on a Saturday night. The food was all cold, the freshest thing we got was probably the shake. Employees didn't seem to really know what they were doing, and didn't offer any condiments with the food we ordered. Does sonic just not offer condiments? Do you have to ask for them to get them at all? The fries definitely tasted old, chicken strips old and dry. The only thing we liked was the shake. Sad! Step up your game!! read more

okay listen i'm not unreasonable but there was this chick that i swear was like 13. didn't get her name but she had on an ugly 2015 tumblr bomber jacket w a snake on the back. she made us wait at the window for 15 minutes after she already took our money. not to mention she had us repeat each item in our order at least 3 times because she was too busy laughing w her coworker. and then was way condescending when we asked for straws that she forgot. seriously normally not one to care but i graduated highschool and am not down w getting dirty looks from girls who think they're cooler than me who aren't. read more

Whatever you do don't go inside to eat. Everything single table or booth was disgusting dirty! We were there on a Wednesday late afternoon. Nothing looked like it had been wiped down since lunch. Employees were in food prep area talking. I guess wiping down tables is not in their job description. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. We waited over 20 minutes in the drive through and we ordered 2 large concretes. When we received our concrete it was not mixed well, half way through the ice cream we were eating powder, GROSS. Tonight was their last chance and the last straw. I Will Not eat here again. There was a family In the carhop area who's order was not right. Shocker!!! Every time I'm there they are slow and multiple people's orders get messed up. Well this guy brings his bag in and says his order is not right. They corrected his order and then bring me mine. It's the same bag that guy brought in. My daughters and i's sandwiches were unwrapped and put back into the bag. I pulled out the tots and there is a cherry stem in in them. I went up and asked if I could get a new order because I don't know who had touched our sandwiches or who's cherry stem was in my tots. They took the order back and I watched the manager take a new piece of wrap and re-wrap my sandwiches to send them back out to me. At this point I was disgusted and grossed out and asked for my money back. The same manager did refund my money and said that she understood why I would feel the way I did. With their speed of service, their customer service and their inability to get the orders correct the first time, they may not be in business long. read more

Love sonic. Im so glad they put this in. Ive been here 5 times already. Every time they mess up the order. And why when ordering 2 chili cheese dogs would they not bring napkins? Every time ive been here they've had to go get them and come back. The last 2 times they cant find the food on the menu and have to ask for help. Every time they get the order wrong. One star is TOO much!! I have stopped in 2 different times 1/2 hour after they opened and no one would answer the drive through so left and went to American Fork location where I got awesome service. So I went to this location on my way home 8/16/2017 and only hade a few cars in front of me at the drive through. The van in front of me order nearly the whole menu and got their food right away but I ordered 5 burritos and 1 French fry and it took 20 minutes to get and only after I kept knocking on the window. After 15 minutes I told them to give me my money back and they said they couldn't do that. REALLY?! They can take your money but can't give it back?? I never get a receipt without asking (shouldn't have to ask for what is mine). Watched others drive up after me and get served and leave while I just sit and wait. Did not get any sauces at all, no fry sauce or ketchup or sauce for the burritos. Only got 2 napkins for 5 burritos WOW!! Will NEVER, NEVER, NEVER go to this or probably any location ever again!!!!!!! read more
